The Aviation Training Centre (ATC) of Kazan Helicopters, the first of five training centres for the Russian Helicopters Holding (part of Rostec Corporation), successfully passed the certification procedure for the new Federal Aviation Regulations No. 289, which entered into force on July 1, 2016. This Certificate allows the training of pilots, technicians, and engineers in flight and technical operation of civil aircraft. The Certificate and its annexes approved by the Federal Agency for Air Transport (Rosaviatsiya) certify that the Kazan ATC complies with the requirements for educational organisations that train the civil aviation personnel. The validity of the Certificate is unlimited.

Ford Sollers reported that in March this year, the Russian sales of Ford automobiles totalled 4,173 vehicles, which is 3 per cent more than that in the same period last year and 41 per cent higher than the result in the previous month. A total of 9,380 vehicles were sold in the first quarter of 2017.
