The POZIS company (part of the Tecmash Concern under the Rostec Corporation) has increased the production of disinfecting equipment by more than 7.5 times over 10 months of this year.
With the spread of coronavirus infection, the demand for bactericidal irradiators-recirculators has significantly increased; in particular, for ORB-2N and ORB-2P disinfection devices. Thanks to environmentally friendly UV bactericidal lamps, the devices are capable of 99.9% neutralisation of pathogenic bacteria and viruses in rooms up to 100 square metres. At the same time, the air disinfection technology is absolutely safe for humans and animals. The disinfector set includes 12 air filters that provide reliable protection against dust, mould, pollen, and other particles in air.
POZIS air disinfectants comply with high Russian and international standards, are in high demand in medical, preschool, and educational institutions, as well as in offices and industrial premises. To date, disinfecting equipment sales grew 7-fold compared to 2019.
“Since 2009, POZIS has been successfully producing bactericidal irradiators-recirculators. The today’s situation with the coronavirus has once again confirmed the correctness of our decision. The main advantages of POZIS recirculators are their design, quality, warranty and post-warranty services”, said Director General of POZIS Radik Khasanov.
Today, the Kazan Kremlin hosted a meeting between Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Tunisian Republic to Russia Tarak Ben Salem. The meeting was also attended by Ambassador-at-Large at the Russian Foreign Ministry Oleg Ozerov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov. The republic is ready to expand export supplies of petrochemicals and engineering products, automotive tyres, compressors, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and agricultural products. In turn, Tatarstan is interested in counter deliveries from Tunisia of fruits, seafood, light industry goods, and other products.
Today, the level of trade between Tatarstan and Tunisia is still low, about US$ 5 million. “This figure clearly does not correspond to the available opportunities. Here we need to strengthen our joint work”, the Tatarstan President said.
In turn, Tarak Ben Salem thanked Tatarstan leaders for their attention to Tunisia and interest in cooperation. The Ambassador expressed his readiness to provide full assistance in the development of trade, economic, and humanitarian relations.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a Resolution that simplifies the operational procedures for drug circulation monitoring system. Given the increased demand for drugs and the epidemiological situation, the simplified treatment will function until all industry participants are fully prepared. What’s changed now?
• Pharmacies and medical institutions can withdraw drugs from circulation through cash desks and disposal registrars immediately after notifying the system about the drugs received by them.
• Until July 1, 2021, additional simplified mechanisms for “reverse acceptance of drugs” are introduced for imports into Russia and circulation within the country.
• Until February 1, 2021, one more simplification is introduced: manufacturers are required to put codes on drugs, pharmacies should scan them at the cash desks, and all operations of goods circulation are facilitated both within the country and during imports.
In all cases, the system will complete the drug circulation chain and analyse the supplied data. This will ensure control over the safety and legality of drugs.
The Government decree applies to all actions with medicines starting from July 1, 2020. The changes apply to all drugs, with the exception of medicines from the 12 HCD categories.
This document amended Government Resolution No. 1556 of December 14, 2018.
