Ryazan hosted the second Productivity Vector Interregional Forum, which was organised at the Technonicol Corporation production site. Representatives of industrial enterprises, executive authorities, federal and regional competence centres exchanged experiences of participation in the Labour Productivity and Employment Support national project. The main issues discussed were: increasing labour productivity, supporting employment, and introducing lean manufacturing.
During the forum, Russian regions presented their interim results and positive experience in the implementation of the national project. The Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre was presented at the Productivity Vector Forum in Ryazan by Marat Akhmerov, Director of the Centre for Energy-Saving Technologies of Tatarstan, Deputy Director and Head of the RCC Shamil Bayramov, and Head of the Production Process Optimisation Department Dmitry Radaikin.
The “Labour Productivity and Employment Support” national project is being actively implemented in Tatarstan. To date, 99 enterprises are its participants, the target by 2024 is the involvement of 351 enterprises.
Tatarstan’s RCC in the Field of Labour Productivity ranked among top ten in the country’s rating. Such results were achieved owing to the work of the Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre created on the basis of the Centre for Energy-Saving Technologies of Tatarstan under the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers. Also, the RCC opened and certified a Process Factory training production site in July this year.
