In May 2021, OOO Evachem Technologies joined the Labour Productivity national project. This is an excellent opportunity for the company to become more flexible in the current conditions when the epidemiological situation is impacting the country’s economy, and more competitive in a changing market, which in turn is a guarantee of stability for each employee.

Flexibility and resilience, the ability to focus on customer requirements and respond quickly to market changes, cost efficiency in the use of material, time, and human resources are the main requirements for present-day production, regardless of its size. The implementation of the productivity improvement project is a response to today’s market challenges.

The semi-products synthesis process was selected as a pilot production stream, with the Laboratory selected as the reference site.

At the selected site, a working group consisting of company personnel will optimise the current production process together with experts from the Regional Competence Centre of Tatarstan: carry out stream mapping (graphically display its target and current state), identify losses in the stream, find solutions to eliminate them or minimise their impact on the stream state, conduct timing and implement improvements. In the future, the results achieved at the reference site will be replicated to other divisions of the plant.

A team from the Kazan Helicopters of the Russian Helicopters Holding took first place in the semi-finals of the Workforce for Digital Industry. Creation of complete design and engineering solutions in Cyberdrome contest conditions. The next stage of Minpromtorg Digital took place on the sidelines of the MAKS 2021 Airshow and brought together 14 teams from 11 Russian regions.

Kazan Helicopters was represented by a team of 8 students from the Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University (KNRTU-KAI). The mentors were employees of the Kazan Helicopters Experimental Design Bureau. Prior to the contest, team members trained at the territory of the plant, a ground was prepared for them and all conditions were created.

The tasks of the Minpromtorg Digital stage were not simple and had a time limit. First, the participants designed logistics for Russian Post to deliver goods using drones to remote regions. The second part of the competition involved combating land use violations. The contestants were tasked to take aerial photos of the area with programming drones and then process the data obtained. In the third part of the contest, drones had to be programmed to apply fire-fighting technology in the forest, as well as to sow damaged areas with tree seeds.

Now the team of Kazan Helicopters and KNRTU-KAI will have to compete for victory in the finals of the Workforce for Digital Industry contest, which will be held in Gelenjik in October.

Since 2018, Russia has been implementing the National Project on Labour Productivity. The Regional Competence Centre in Labour Productivity (RCC of Tatarstan) coordinates the implementation of the national project in the republic.

Since July 2020, the Process Factory, a training production site certified by the Federal Competence Centre, has been operating on the basis of the RCC. The site provides face-to-face training, where RCC experts share their practical experience in applying lean production tools and optimising production processes.

Head of the Process Factory, Sergey Prishva, tells about training at the site: “For effective training, it is not enough to give only theoretical aspects of lean production application, you should prove the efficiency of these tools to an employee and teach him to see losses in production and eliminate them. Simulating real-world production in our Process Factory helps us take training results to a whole new level, not only by providing students with practical skills, but also by increasing employee involvement in improving labour productivity at their facilities”.

In 2020 and 2021 the RCC has carried out a lot of work on training at the Process Factory for employees of enterprises participating in the national project, representatives of executive authorities, and budget-funded educational institutions. As of late July 2021, more than 700 people have been trained.

Distinguished Navy sailors and fleet veterans!

On behalf of the Government of Tatarstan and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the Russian Navy Day. Today and at all times, the Navy is the principal force of the naval potential of our country, called to protect the interests of Russia and guarantee the security of its maritime borders. Throughout history Navy sailors have fulfilled their duty of protecting the country, won the greatest sea victories and made a huge contribution to the victory over fascism. It is glad to see young men serving in the remote regions of our country with pride in their eyes even in peacetime.

Shipbuilding enterprises also make a great contribution to the development of the Navy. Today, the Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation and the Gorky Shipyard in Zelenodolsk are working for the needs of the Navy and civil shipbuilding industry. This year, the Shipyard has launched two special-purpose boats of Project 21980.

Our special thanks go to the veterans who have passed the naval school of life and are actively involved in patriotic work to educate young people. Thank you for your diligent work for the might of our Motherland!

I wholeheartedly congratulate you on this holiday. I wish you happiness, strong naval health, family welfare, peaceful skies, and new successes in military service for the benefit of our country and the Russian Navy!

UV air disinfection recirculators manufactured by POZIS (part of Rostec Corporation) have been installed on the territory of MAKS 2021.

The UV recirculators not only have a presentation function, but are also used at the exhibition to prevent and protect the visitors against coronavirus infection. The air purifiers are available in wall-mounted and mobile versions.

In POZIS disinfection appliances, the air is disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation using high-quality and safe bactericidal lamps with low mercury content. Thanks to this solution, POZIS air recirculators provide disinfection of up to 99% of airborne pathogenic viruses and bacteria, thus protecting against infectious diseases. At the same time, they are absolutely safe for people.

The devices have a registration certificate confirming the passing of clinical tests for medical equipment and the device efficiency, as well as a CE certificate.

Visitors of the exhibition could also see exclusive series of wine fridges. They are exhibited in Chalet pavilions.

MAKS 2021 is one of the world’s largest aviation forums. It is held in the city of aviation science and technology, Zhukovsky (Moscow region). The main objective is to demonstrate Russian high technologies and the openness of the Russian domestic market for joint projects with foreign partners.
