The quality of gas engine equipment manufactured in the republic is one of the key issues. A Technical Council meeting was held in Naberezhnye Chelny on improving the quality of KAMAZ equipment and NEFAZ buses. The meeting was attended by representatives of the republic’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Transport, and Ministry of Agriculture, as well as representatives of motor transport enterprises in major cities and districts of the republic, the agro-industrial sector, and manufacturing companies.
The participants to the meeting discussed both the problems identified during the operation of gas-powered trucks and buses and the measures to enhance the service efficiency and improve its quality.

Dear current and retired employees of the customs service!
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, I congratulate you on your professional holiday, the Day of Customs Officers of the Russian Federation!
At all times, the customs have been protecting the economic interests of our country, preserving national security and cultural values. Under conditions of vigorously developing foreign trade and economic relations, the role and importance of customs authorities are increasingly growing. Moreover, the level of region’s investment appeal and the development of international relations largely depend on the quality and operational work of the customs service. I am convinced that the customs service does not establish barriers between countries, but promotes their rapprochement.
Today, Tatarstan Customs holds leading positions in many indicators in the Volga Federal District. The development of an effective customs policy, the introduction of the latest information technologies, the application of international work standards are important guide posts in the work of the customs authorities.
On this festive occasion, I wish you success in implementing all of your plans, good health, and well-being to you and your families!
