On 12 April 2012 the delegation of the Udmurt Republic headed by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy Victor Lashkarev visits Kazan with the working trip.
The trip is aimed at exploring the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of technology and industrial parks creation.
The delegation is scheduled to have a meeting at the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade. The guests will also familiarize themselves with the activity of Innovative Technopark “Idea”.

Inter-regional trade of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Udmurt Republic in 2010 totaled 4.3 billion rubles. The exports amounted to 3.3 billion rubles; imports, 1.0 billion rubles.

The representatives of more than 60 countries became the co-authors of the resolution. Starting from 12 April 1962 the Cosmonauts Day is celebrated in Russia in commemoration of the first space flight made by Yuri Gagarin. On 12 April 1961 the soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome on the Vostok spaceship and became the first in the world to make an orbital flight around the Earth. The flight in the near-Earth outer space lasted for 108 minutes.
In January 2007 the Kazan Motor Production Association held a ceremonial opening of the high relief to the outstanding academic and designer Sergey Korolev.
On 11 April 2012, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gulnara Ahmadeyeva took part in the official ceremony of opening the “Education. Career.” Exhibition. Over 120 exhibitors are participants of the Exhibition; among them are universities, educational centres, vocational institutions, people’s employment centres, industrial organisations, personnel agencies, and publishing houses. Within the exhibition’s business programme, the inter-sectoral round table discussion entitled “Professional Training” will be held on 11 April.
The specialised exhibition “Education. Career.” provides an excellent opportunity to share the information about educational institutions of Kazan, Moscow, St.-Petersburg and other cities of Russia, to learn the conditions for enrolment and study; it promotes educational institutions in finding applicants, informs young people on many courses and schedules of study.
On 11 April 2012, within the visit programme to the Republic of Tatarstan of Djauhari Oratmangun, Indonesian Ambassador to the Russian Federation, a meeting was held in the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The meeting was attended by Indonesian Ambassador Djauhari Oratmangun, First Secretary of the Embassy Lailal Yuniarti, and Third Secretary of the Embassy Yuri Alwis.
During the meeting, the representatives of the Indonesian delegation explored the industrial and investment potential of Tatarstan.

On 11 April 2012 within the framework of the Exhibition “Education. Career.” an inter-sectoral round table named Professional Training was held. Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnara Akhmadeeva made a report “On the effectiveness of professional training of specialists for the industrial sector in accordance with an employer’s requirements”.
The following issues requiring joint discussion and solution were specified:
• lack of professional standards and specific requirements to the competence of an employee;
• low social significance of elementary and intermediate vocational education;
• nonconformity of the professional training system to the real needs of the economy and labor market;
• aging of the educational staff and specialists of enterprises;
• low salary of teachers and industrial trainers, etc.
