On 9 May 2013, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov took part in the ceremonial celebration on the occasion of the 68th Anniversary of the WWII Victory Day held in Naberezhnye Chelny.

On 7 May 2013, on the eve of the Victory Day, the Gorky Zelenodolsk Shipyard held the keel laying ceremony of the counter-terror boat project 21980. The ceremony was attended by Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan; Sergey Alekminsky, Commander of the Caspian Fleet, Vice Admiral; representatives of the Russian Defence Ministry and Naval Forces; top executives from OAO Ak Bars Holding and OAO Gorky Zelenodolsk Shipyard; and representatives of the Zelenodolsk administration.
The Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov paid his compliments to the personnel of the enterprise on the occasion of the keel laying of the counter-terror boat for the Russian Navy and expressed his special gratitude to the long-service employees of the enterprise for keeping the traditions alive and for sharing their expertise with the younger generation.
On 2 May 2013, within the working visit of the Tatarstan delegation to Indonesia headed by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the meetings were held with the Indonesian Minister of Industry, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs. Round Table discussions for businesses from Tatarstan and Indonesia were organised at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce.

On 29 April 2013, the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired the meeting of the Board of Directors of OAO TatneftekhimInvest Holding to summarise the performance of the republic’s petrochemical enterprises in the first quarter of 2013.
According to the Director General of OAO TatneftekhimInvest Holding Rafinat Yarullin, in the first quarter of 2013 the republic produced 8 million MT of crude oil and processed 4 million MT of oil, which exceeds the indicators of the year-ago quarter by 9%.
Following the results of the test conducted by TV and Radio Broadcasting Company TNV, the first office of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade is recognised as one of the best in the republic for using two state languages of Tatarstan in work with citizens’ applications.
On 29 April 2013, Kazan hosted the meeting of the Board of Directors of OAO Tatneft to summarise the Company’s performance in 2012.
Tatneft Group received RUB 63.6 billion to implement its investment programme.
The total sum of taxes and payments to all budget levels made RUB 312 million.
On 26 April 2013, the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan held the meeting chaired by the Tatarstan President, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Russia’s Innovation Regions Rustam Minnikhanov regarding the issues of the state support for engineering centres.
The meeting was attended by the Russian Deputy Minister of Finance Andrey Ivanov, Executive Director of the Association of Russia’s Innovation Regions Ivan Bortnik and its members, as well as top officials from the Tatarstan ministries and industrial enterprises.
0n 26 April 2013, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade held the meeting chaired by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gulanara Akhmadeyeva regarding the issues of organising the work of personnel departments at the republic’s industrial enterprises.
The meeting was attended by heads of personnel departments from 30 enterprises, representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism, Tupolev Kazan National Research University, Kazan State Power Engineering University, and Tatarstan Students League.
