Zelenodolsk Shipyard starts building another counter-terror boat

On 7 May 2013, on the eve of the Victory Day, the Gorky Zelenodolsk Shipyard held the keel laying ceremony of the counter-terror boat project 21980. The ceremony was attended by Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan; Sergey Alekminsky, Commander of the Caspian Fleet, Vice Admiral; representatives of the Russian Defence Ministry and Naval Forces; top executives from OAO Ak Bars Holding and OAO Gorky Zelenodolsk Shipyard; and representatives of the Zelenodolsk administration.
The Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov paid his compliments to the personnel of the enterprise on the occasion of the keel laying of the counter-terror boat for the Russian Navy and expressed his special gratitude to the long-service employees of the enterprise for keeping the traditions alive and for sharing their expertise with the younger generation.
