On 2 July 2013, the Organisational Committee meeting chaired by the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov summed up the results of “The Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan 2013” Contest.
In 2013, a total of 234 republic’s enterprises representing various industries took part in “The Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan 2013” Contest. The winners of the Contest were recommended for participation in the Federal stage of the contest entitled “100 Best Goods of Russia”.On 1 July 2013, the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov chaired a meeting at Gorbunov Kazan Aircraft Production Association regarding the issues of opening a plant of ZAO KAPO-Composite for the production of composite components to implement SuperJet-100 and MC-21 programmes.
The meeting was attended by representatives of OAO United Aircraft Corporation, OAO Gorbunov Kazan Aircraft Production Association, ZAO KAPO-Composite, ZAO Kazansky Giproniiaviaprom, Tupolev Kazan State Technical University, and Administration of Aviastroitelny District of Kazan.On 27 June 2013, Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gulnara Akhmadeyeva visited Naberezhnye Chelny City to attend the celebration of the Youth Day and to join the Universiade 2013 Torch relay.
The flame torch, an essential attribute of the competitions, was carried by candidate masters, winners of various international and all-Russia contests, and athletes who will participate in the 27 World Summer Universiade, as well volunteers and partners of the University Games. The Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev was the final flame bearer.On 17 to 19 June 2013, the delegation of enterprises representing the Tatarstan light and furniture producing industries headed by Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov went on a mission to the Republic of Belarus.
Following the results of the mission, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade jointly with top officials representing the republic’s light and furniture industries are preparting the plan of events for developing further cooperation with the Belarus companies.On 19 June 2013, Kazan saw the opening ceremony of Leroy Merlin, an international retailer of goods for construction, decorating, and improvement of home, summer houses, and garden.
On 24 June 2013, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov, and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin made a tour of Leroy Merlin.
