On 15 November 2013, Naberezhnye Chelny hosted a panel discussion dedicated to the issues of small and medium business development in the sphere of mechanical engineering. The discussion was attended by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Chairman of Committee for Economy, Investment and Business under the State Council of Tatarstan Marat Galeyev, Deputy Chairman of the Bashkortostan State Assembly Franis Saifullin, Naberezhnye Chelny Mayor Vasil Shaikhraziev, Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gulnara Akhmadeeva, Bashkortostan State Assembly and Tatarstan State Council deputies, executives of governmental agencies, business communities of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.
Following the results of the meeting, participants of the panel discussion formulated main recommendations for the sphere of small and medium business support and development in mechanical engineering, having highlighted the particular importance of the State regulation mechanisms.

On 14 November 2013, the first regional stage of the Republic’s TV Working Youth Creativity Festival started in the Nizhnekamsky District. More than 100 participants will join the teams of such enterprises as KAMAZ, ELAZ, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Tatneft-Neftekhim, Nizhnekamsk Heat and Power Station, Chistopol Electric Power Grids, Zainsk Regional Power Station, etc.
On 17 November 2013, Nizhnekamsk Folk Art Hall will host the gala concert of prize winners.
The regional stages of the Festival are held from 14 November 2013 to 1 December 2013 in the Nizhnekamsky, Almetyevsky and Zelenodolsky districts of Tatarstan. The final stage will took place on December 10 to 13 in Kazan. The gala concert of its winners will be staged on 14 December in the Pyramid Cultural and Entertainment Complex and will be broadcasted by TNV and TNV-Planet channels.

On 12 November 2013, Tatarstan Academy of Sciences hosted a solemn meeting dedicated to the 125th anniversary since the birth of Andrei Tupolev, a distinguished aircraft designer.
Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Ildar Mingaleev delivered an opening speech. The solemn meeting was participated by executives, veterans, and employees of aircraft industry, scientists, lecturers, students of Kazan State Technical University, Kazan colleges and schools.
During the meeting, the veterans of the industry were presented awards.

On 13 November 2013, Tatarstan First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Ruslan Kabirov participated in the ceremony of laying the first stone to the foundation of ZM Volga manufacturing complex with the participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
The ceremony took place in the territory of the Special Economic Zone Alabuga (Yelabuga Municipal District, Tatarstan). It was attended by Russian Deputy Minister of Economic Development Oleg Saveliev and Director General of ZAO ZM Russia Timothy Allen Kenig.
The second manufacturing complex of ZM in Russia was named ZM Volga and will start its operation in late 2014.

On 10 – 12 November 2013, Buryatia delegation led by Head Vyacheslav Nagovitsin visited Tatarstan.
The full meeting in Kremlin saw the signing of an Agreement on trade and economic, scientific and technology, social and cultural cooperation between Tatarstan and Buryatia. The Agreement was signed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Buryatia Vyacheslav Nagovitsin.

On 7 and 8 November 2013, the delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan headed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Rostov Oblast. The delegation also included Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.
Within the framework of the working visit, the Tatarstan delegation visited the largest industrial enterprises of the Rostov Oblast, had meetings with activists of Tatar public organisations in the region. It is also planned to sign an agreement between the Rostov Oblast and the Republic of Tatarstan on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technology, Social, and Cultural Cooperation.

On 7 November 2013, Tatarstan was visited by a delegation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela headed by Juan Vicente Paredes Torrealba, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Venezuela to Russia.
The mission of the visit was to discuss issues of cooperation between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of education, mechanical and aircraft engineering. The delegation visited OAO Kazan Helicopters.

On 5-9 November 2013, Tatarstan delegation will have a working trip to the USA with the participation of First Deputy Minister Ruslan Kabirov and representatives of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.
Within the framework of the visit, it is suggested to hold a meeting in the Greater Memphis Chamber with participation of representatives from US business circles, to conduct a presentation about trade and economic potential of Tatarstan, negotiations in the United Nations Procurement Division, as well as with executives of  Khronos Energy Solutions and ExIm Bank dedicated to the development of investment projects in Tatarstan and participation of US companies in the technopolis project of the SMART City Kazan.

On 30 October 2013, Tatarstan Deputy Minister Rashat Fattakhov chaired a meeting with Moscow entrepreneurs in the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade. The meeting was also attended by representatives of Tatarstan ministries and organisations.
The mission of the visit of Moscow entrepreneurs is to build cooperation relationships with Tatarstan in various areas.

On 31 October 2013, a Ministry held a meeting of the Commission for Implementing Anti-Corruption Policies under Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade.
A Memorandum regarding criminal responsibility for receiving and giving bribes and administrative sanctions for illegal gratification from a juridical person was examined and discussed.
