The Process Factory of the Regional Competence Centre in Kazan is hosting training sessions for the staff of executive authorities from May 18 to 20 within the framework of the Labour Productivity national project.
The objectives of the training are to improve the processes of planning and administration, HR and resource management, organisation of support functions, and organisation of executive branch processes.
The target audience is the heads of departments and subdivisions, participants of working groups for the implementation of improvement projects, employees who take part in process efficiency improvement projects.
Participants to the training will study in detail and apply in practice such lean tools as Mapping; Problem Solving Methods in Executive Authority Processes; The 5S System in Executive Authority Processes; Implementation of Improvement Processes for Executive Authorities; Change Management at Executive Authorities.
The Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre in the Field of Labour Productivity (RCC) was established on the basis of the Centre for Energy-Saving Technologies of Tatarstan under the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers as a performer of the “Targeted Support for Increasing Labour Productivity at Enterprises” regional project.
The RCC’s mission is to improve the quality of goods and services and to increase the competitiveness of the Russian economy through creating a culture of high productivity and efficiency among the employees of organisations in Tatarstan.
Today Marat Minibayev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, visited four contest venues of Moscow’s four vocational education institutions as part of the 9th National Young Professionals Championship (WorldSkills Russia).
During his visit, Deputy Minister Minibayev reviewed the course of the contests in such skills as Robot Operating System, Neural Interface Design, Polymechanics and Automation, and Industrial Control, and had meetings with the organisers and certified experts of the sites.
The qualifying rounds of the 9th National Young Professionals Championship (WorldSkills Russia) are being held from 1st April through 28th May, 2021. Semi-finals will be held in 31 regions of the Russian Federation in 135 skills of WorldSkills and 81 skills of WorldSkills Junior, where more than 80 regions will take part. Tatarstan will be represented in 117 skills of WorldSkills and 72 skills of WorldSkills Junior.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting today with Vyacheslav Shport, Member of the Board of the Russian Military-Industrial Commission. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov.
The meeting was held in President Minnikhanov’s office at the Tatarstan House of Government.
They discussed issues of cooperation, further development of industrial enterprises in the republic that are involved in the military-industrial activities.
To commemorate the 76th anniversary of the Great Victory throughout May, events dedicated to the “Engineers of Victory” historical project organised by the Ot Winta! Festival of Children’s and Youth’s Scientific and Technical Creativity take place under the aegis of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade in Russian regions.
As part of regional events and forums, scientific and applied conferences are held with the participation of leading Russian universities, large manufacturing companies, scientific and design associations. Research materials, monographs, documentary evidence telling about the exploits of labour and scientific teams, scientists, inventors, innovators in the pre-war and war years, who made a significant contribution to the victory over fascism, replenish the collection of project exhibits and will subsequently be transferred to the country’s museums.
Co-organisers of the Festival are the All-Russian Public Organisation “Officers of Russia”, All-Russian Public Organisation “Russian Engineering Workers Union”.
The project is supported by the All-Russian Public Organisation “Business Russia”, the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo).

The 3rd International Special Transport Salon INTERPOLITEX: SpecTransExpo’2021, the largest sectoral event in Russia, opened today in the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre. Military, urban and all-terrain vehicles and components were on show: from equipment for ambulances to snowmobiles, from import-substituting batteries to the Ural shift bus.
“Tatarstan is rightfully considered one of the main progressive and innovative regions in our country; it occupies a leading position in developing industrial potential of the Russian Federation and ensuring manufacture of competitive industrial products”, Mikhail Osyko, member of the Board of the Russian Military-Industrial Commission, opened both the Salon and the All-Russian inter-sectoral conference “Mechanical Engineering: Development Strategies” on its sidelines.
Head of Tatarstan’s Ministry of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov reminded that the machine-building sector accounts for over 20% of republic’s industrial output and employs some 150 companies that produced more than RUB 600 billion worth of goods last year.
The conference and exhibition will run until May 20. Speakers of the panel sections will be members of the Board of the Russian defence industry, committees of the Russian State Duma, Soyuzmash of Russia, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Today, as part of his working visit to Ashgabat, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov.
Rustam Minnikhanov has once again expressed condolences on the death of Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov’s father, Myalikguly Berdymukhamedov. “I would like to express my personal condolences on the death of your father. He was a true patriot of his country”, Rustam Minnikhanov said.
“As they say, a friend in need is a friend indeed. We always feel your support”, the Turkmenistan President answered.
President Berdymukhamedov reminded that Tatarstan occupies a special place in the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan. He thanked Minnikhanov for the warm welcome of the Turkmenistan delegation that visited Kazan to participate in the events of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
In turn, Rustam Minnikhanov said that friendly relations of the two presidents facilitate the closest contact at regional level. “I would like to thank Vladimir Putin and you for the opportunity to work in all areas”, the Tatarstan President said.
The parties also highlighted the importance of the working group for economic, scientific, and technology cooperation.

Today, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov had a meeting with Guichgeldi Baigeldiyev and Batyr Amanov, Chairmen of Turkmennebit and Turkmengaz state concerns, within the visit of the Tatarstan’s delegation to Turkmenistan. The sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and outlined plans for the future.
Regular high-level reciprocal contacts underline the high degree of interest in developing cooperation. The Plenipotentiary Mission of Tatarstan in Turkmenistan has been functioning since 2009. Meetings of the Joint Turkmenistan-Tatarstan working group for trade, economic, scientific, technology, and cultural cooperation take place on a permanent basis, which is an evidence of strong friendship and trust.
Tatneft has an extended cooperation with Turkmennebit in the issue of doubling oil production in the fields of Turkmenistan. In addition, there is interest in supplying national products to Turkmenistan through the Tatneft Trading House.
KER-Holding company actively operates in the energy and oil and gas processing markets of Turkmenistan and has a long cooperation history with Turkmennebit and Turkmengaz State Concerns that dates back as long as 2010.
KMPO cooperates with Turkmenistan in supply of equipment. More than 30 engines manufactured by KMPO are being used by Turkmennebit and Turkmengaz.
Marking of dairy products began on 20 January 2021. From June 1, 2021, the marking will become mandatory for a number of product categories.
