On 6 December 2013, Kazan Power Engineering University will have a meeting of Coordinating Committee of Science and Education Cluster in Power Industry under the chairmanship of Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov. The meeting will be attended by Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Khamza Bagmanov, KPEU executives, top executives of large energy companies and vocational colleges of the republic, and heads of structural subdivisions of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science.
The meeting will see the discussion of the results of the Cluster’s activities in 2013 and outlook for 2014, consideration of the issues of interaction between power industry enterprises and organisations and vocational colleges, admission of applicants in 2014 and the plan of Coordinating Committee meetings into next year.
The Agreement for Targeted Training of Employees in Power Industry was signed between Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade and KPEU in the course of the meeting of Coordinating Committee of Science and Education Cluster in Power Industry held on 30 July 2013.
On 4 December 2013, Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade congratulated the executives and staff of the Tatarstan Centre for Social and Economic Research under the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan with its twentieth anniversary. Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gulnara Akhmadeyeva delivered Head of the Centre Alevtina Kudryavtseva the Letter of Gratitude from Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade, to the staff of the Centre for Social and Economic Research for its conscientious and fruitful labour for the benefit of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Akhmadeyeva expressed her acknowledgement and thanks to Alevtina Kudryavtseva, the irreplaceable Head of the Centre, and wished prosperity and successful completion of all plans for the benefit of Tatarstan and Russia to the executives and staff of the Centre.
On 4 December 2013, Ford Sollers organized the conference with participation of the leading Russian and international suppliers of automotive components in Tatarstan in order to discuss issues of localization in Russia. The event, that took place in the conference hall of the Ford Sollers plant, was attended by more than sixty representatives of current and potential suppliers of the company.
The main issues of the conference were the current situation in the Russian automotive market in the field of auto components manufacture, presence of worldwide suppliers in Russia and their opportunities, investment appeal of Tatarstan, attraction and selection of component manufacturers for regional production of Ford vehicles.
