Tatneft’s filling station No. 268 of Tatneft-AZS-West located at the 16th km of the Borovsky Highway (Naro-Fominsk District of the Moscow Oblast) was named “The Best Filling Station of the Year” according to the “Modern AZS” magazine.
In 2016, filling station (AZS) No. 268 was reconstructed in accordance with the updated concept of internal and external design. The filling station sells high quality gasoline brands AI-95, AI-92 and diesel fuel, including TANECO’s produced diesel fuel that is popular among the customers.
When estimating the filling stations, the jury of the Contest which has been held for 14 years, drew attention not only to the attractive appearance of the facility and the quality of its services, but also to the efficiency of retail space layout, technical outfit, and the use of green technologies. It should be noted that the design upgrade also involved innovative engineering solutions and state-of-the art materials, along with a complete transition to energy-saving lighting and heating systems.
A specific feature of this filling station is that it is well recognisable even with a bird's-eye view because of the illuminated TATNEFT logo located at its rooftop. This is not by accident, as the filling station is located not far from the Vnukovo International Airport.

The meeting was attended by state civil servants inscribed on the list of public civil service positions of the Republic of Tatarstan, holding of which is associated with corruption risks, who are required to provide information about their incomes, expenditures, as well as information about incomes and expenditures of their spouses and minor children.
The meeting considered a list of problematic issues related to the provision of information, as well as methodological recommendations by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation concerning the presentation of income information and methodological explanations for the completion of Section 6 “Information on Property-Related Liabilities”.Today, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with the Chinese delegation headed by Mr. Wang Haijun, Director General of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Government of Heilongjiang Province (People's Republic of China).
During the talks, the sides discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation. In addition, guests were informed in detail about the trade, economic and industrial potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the course of the meeting, the participants noted the importance of developing mutually beneficial ties between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Heilongjiang Province within the framework of the Russian-Chinese relations, and also agreed to pay special attention to the expansion of trade, economic, scientific, technology, and humanitarian cooperation.
Further on, the sides confirmed their interest in deepening bilateral relations within the framework of the Agreement expected to be signed between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province (People's Republic of China).
At the end of the meeting, the Chinese side invited representatives of Tatarstan to attend the 4th Chinese-Russian Expo to be held on June 15-19, 2017 in Harbin.Today, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov participated in the 11th Session of the Yutazinsky District Council. The results of the District’s socio-economic development in 2016 and tasks for 2017 were reported by District Council Chairman Rustem Nureyev. On March 3, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a videoconference meeting with the Representative Offices of Tatarstan abroad and in Russian regions.
The meeting was attended by representatives of ministries and departments, as well as of republic’s civic organisations.
The meeting summed up the results of the past week’s activities, and set objectives for the next week. In addition, the participants heard a report from a representative of the Agency for Government Order, Investment Activities, and Interregional Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan on the cooperation of business partners from Russian regions with the electronic trading platform zakazrf.ru
At the end of the event, participants exchanged views and discussed the current issues of the Tatarstan’s representative offices.On March 3, a meeting was held between Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov and the staff of the Nizhnekamsk Institute of Chemical Technology.
Upon arrival at the Institute, Minister Karimov, together with its Director Vitaly Yelizarov, visited the cutting-edge Mitsubishi Electric laboratory at the Department of Chemistry and studied the technical component of the Institute.
Speaking at the Institute staff meeting, Albert Karimov noted that the Nizhnekamsk Institute for Chemical Technology is a source of manpower for the industrial enterprises of Tatarstan, where about 90% of Institute graduates obtain employment every year.
At the end of his visit, the Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade handed over Letters of Gratitude to the Honoured Worker of Science of the Russian Federation, Honoured Worker of Science and Technology of the Republic of Tatarstan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Viktor Yelizarov and Head of Chemical Technology Processes and Devices Department Dilshat Latypov for their honest and fruitful work for the benefit of the Republic of Tatarstan and the significant contribution to the training of personnel for enterprises of industry and trade.
Today, Secondary School No.28 in the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District of Tatarstan held an ecological lesson “Environment, Industry, City” dedicated to the Year of Ecology in Russia and the Year of Public Spaces in Tatarstan.
Ninth-grade pupils visited today an unusual ecology lesson. It was conducted by teachers of the Children's Centre for Environment & Biology and the students from the Ekograd scientific society. The expert roles were taken on by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov and Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aydar Metshin.
In addition, children from School No. 28 had a great opportunity to learn about the environmental performance of enterprises from top officials of the republic and the city, and they gladly took it.
Questions were also asked to Albert Karimov, the most interesting ones being what education to get, how not to go wrong when choosing a future profession for those who want to dedicate their lives to manufacturing industry. The Minister replied that now there are quite enough accountants, economists, and financiers, but the engineering professionals are in great need, especially those at production facilities where machines are increasingly sophisticated.
The meeting was held in a very warm and positive atmosphere.As a result of the review on the best arrangement of invention, rationalisation, patenting and licensing activities conducted by the Tatarstan Society of Inventors and Innovators, Tatneft was named “The Best Enterprise for Invention and Innovation 2016” and was awarded the Grand Cup.
These honorary title and Grand Cup by the Tatarstan Society of Inventors and Innovators were granted to Tatneft for its outstanding performance in innovation.
The republic's competition sees its mission in the promotion, development, and intensification of the mass invention and innovation movement, as well as in the encouragement of the scientific creativity development in Tatarstan.
It should also be noted that in 2016, a total of 7,916 authors implemented 13,341 work-improvement suggestions, inventions, and utility models in the company of Tatneft. The Federal Institute of Industrial Property recorded 179 applications for alleged inventions, utility models, and computer programmes; a total of 233 patents and certificates were obtained for inventions, utility models, and computer programmes, respectively.
