On February 1, 2011 Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov held the meeting on the prospects of development of OAO Alnas. During the meeting the participants reviewed long-range programme for development of the enterprise, as well as the progress of the earlier signed protocol and the ways of further cooperation with Rimera company.

On January 27, 2011 at the Ministry of Industry and Trade a meeting was held between the First Deputy Minister Igor Nosov and Commercial Attaché of Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Kazan Engin Bayşar. The parties discussed current issues of cooperation.

The feasibility of establishing at KamAZ a production of complete line up of specialized machinery for snow removing and road maintenance in winter season was discussed during the working meeting between Director General of OAO KamAZ Sergey Kogogin and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

On January 25, 2011 in Gazeti.Ru newspaper office held was an online-interview with Andrey Dementyev, Russia’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade. In the course of the interview he warned against imminent slow-down in the Russian automotive market; and enlarged upon new conditions for commercial vehicle Semi Knock-Down emphasizing state support of AvtoVaz. Andrey Dementyev explained why introduced were the protective tariffs and he promised that they are not to be increased since then.

On January 25, 2011 at Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade under the chairmanship of GulnaraAkhmadeeva, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, held was the meeting related to the issue of targeted contract-based and professional training of specialists. Summed up at the meeting were the results of the year 2010 and voiced were the prospects for 2011.

On January 25, 2011 Ravil Zaripov, Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade is taking part in the discussion related to preparation of XI meeting of Russian-Turkish International Government Committee to be held in Kazan on March 2-3, 2011.

On January 24. 2011 RavilZaripov, Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade was engaged in the meeting of Tatarstan government. The participants considered the draft of the Programme of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2015. Participating at the meeting were RustamMinnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and FaridMukhametshin, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
