Progress in implementing national project at AIC Food Programme

Within the framework of the Labour Productivity national project, basic training on lean production was held at the OOO Food Programme Agro-Industrial Company.

As it was mentioned earlier, AIC Food Programme has become a participant of the Labour Productivity national project.

In early July, experts from RCC of Tatarstan conducted training for the project’s working group and company’s managers on such topics as Scope Definition; Effective Info-Centre; Basics of Lean Production; and Implementing an Improvement Project.

It is worth noting the  conscious approach of the national project participants to the training and to the upcoming project. “At the training sessions, the trainees were very active and showed interest in every lean production tool offered. They always asked questions and suggested ideas on how and where to apply the acquired knowledge,” RCC expert Raida Sultanova expressed her opinion.

In addition, the Implementing an Improvement Project training session selected a pilot stream and generated a project card for implementation of measures of the Labour Productivity national project. The project topic was formulated as “Improving the Efficiency of Raising Young Cattle”.
