The Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre for Labour Productivity (based on the Centre for Energy Saving Technology of Tatarstan under the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers) has successfully passed the certification of the Federal Competence Centre within the framework of the Labour Productivity national project
The commission comprised representatives of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Competence Centre, as well as heads of RCCs in other regions. The certification process was held within the correspondence and in-site stages. Companies participating in the national project, APK Kamsky and Chelny-Khleb, were selected for evaluating a completed project and a project underway, while one of the certification points is the Process Factory evaluation. All performance indicators of the Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre received higher evaluations than those established by the Federal Competence Centre.
“We became the first certified RCC in the country, this is our common success and the merit of each employee”, said Head of the Tatarstan’s RCC Shamil Bayramov.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, a total of 105 enterprises of the basic non-resource sectors of the economy are participants in the national project, while the target for 2024 is the involvement of 249 organisations. The regional centre has successfully implemented more than 50 projects to increase productivity in various sectors of the republic’s economy.
