The KAMA PRO NR 203 tyre is designed for installation on the trucks’ driving axles. The tread pattern of NR 203 has been developed with account taken for operating conditions on regional roads.
The NF 203 model is designed for installation on the trucks’ steering axles; due to changes in tyre design, it received a higher load index of 156/150 (4000 kg) in contrast to the previous model 154/150 (3750 kg).
New KAMA PRO NR 203 and NF 203 tyres are already marked M+S, 3PMSF. Their speed index is L. The improved profile and new design of the all-steel tyres ensures improved handling characteristics, rolling resistance, thus providing a more comfortable movement. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov presented the 2018 results of industry and trade and outlined 2019 plans as part of national projects (defined by President’s Decree No. 204 of May 7, 2018).
The industrial production volume exceeded the 2017 figures amounting to RUB 2,818 billion, while industrial production index was 102.0%. Last year, the amount of state support totalled almost RUB 50 billion for the republic’s real sector. It is important to maintain the existing state support and seek for new tools within the framework of the national projects. Three of the 12 national projects directly involve industrial enterprises.
The first national project is Labour Productivity. A steady increase in labour productivity is necessary for all medium-size and large enterprises of the basic non-commodity sectors of the economy at a rate not lower than 5 percent a year.
The second area is the Digital Economy programme. Jointly with enterprises, the needs should be identified for the development of end-to-end digital technologies and a part should be taken in competitive selection for these support measures.
The third national project is International Cooperation and Exports. This is a key national project for the domestic industry, given that Tatarstan faces an ambitious task of doubling the volume of non-oil non-energy exports by 2024.
On February 13 at 14:00, the Lenin Palace of Culture (2a Kopylov St.) will see a meeting of the Joint Final Collegium of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan on the topic: “Results of 2018, Tasks for 2019 and Prospects until 2024. Implementation of National Projects Defined by Russian President’s Decree No. 204 of May 7, 2018” to be also attended by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
The progress in the development of manufacturing industry and consumer market of Tatarstan in 2018, the tasks for 2019 and prospects until 2024 within the framework of national projects in the manufacturing industry will be reported by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov.
Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev will talk about the results of 2018, the tasks for 2019 and the prospects for the period until 2024 as part of the implementation of national projects in the economy.
Also expected are speeches by Chairman of the Board of Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant Andrei Komarov and other representatives of federal executive bodies and organisations.

On February 11, the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart) and its regional offices will conduct the all-Russian social (charitable) campaign titled “Be sure! Be healthy!” dedicated to the World Day of the Sick.
The purpose of this campaign is to convey to the residents of Russia the importance of regularly checking the accuracy of household blood pressure monitors in order to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
On this day, experts from the Rosstandart office in Tatarstan will receive citizens free of charge to check the output parameters of their household blood pressure monitors.
“Today, the population has a large number of measuring instruments for medical purposes: blood pressure monitors, thermometers, blood glucose meters, and their number is increasing every year. With their aid, people tend to control their own health. However, such devices must be periodically checked for measurement errors, and if they exceed the permissible level, the device is faulty and can give a false impression of the state of human health. However, the timeliness of medical care may depend on the measurement results of the tonometer”, said Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
Today, Minister Karimov visited the Nizhnekamsk Institute of Chemical Technology (NICT), where he met with students and examined the training laboratories.

In particular, he visited the laboratory for energy supply of industrial enterprises and the laboratory for frequency-controlled electric drives and automation equipment for chemical technology production, created with the support of Mitsubishi Electric. While highly appreciating their level of instrumentation, he proposed developing a laboratory within the Industry 4.0 concept as regards equipping it with industrial robots.
At the meeting, the Minister delivered a welcoming speech to teachers and students of the NICT, spoke about the prospects for the development of the petrochemical and oil refining industries, and also answered questions from students about employment, wages in industry, and the environmental situation.
