On June 8 2010 RT Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov met newly appointed Commercial Attaché of Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Kazan Mr. Engin Bayşar. The parties discussed the results of cooperation and outlined promising lines of interaction.

On June 1 2010 the meeting between First Deputy Minister Vladimir Solovyev and representatives of Japanese business circles was held in RT Ministry of Industry and Trade. The parties discussed promising lines of cooperation in the field of oil refining and petrochemistry, in the field of waste recycling, opportunities for the use of Japanese experience in energy-saving.

On 25 May 2010 Acting Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Solovyev met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation Mr. Ahmed Saif Saif Al-Midhad. The parties exchanged the information and discussed possible lines of cooperation.

On 25 May 2010 the meeting between Deputy Minister Oleg Vlasov and the delegation of the Republic of Serbia headed by Minister Advisor for Economic Issues of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia to the Russian Federation Marian Božović took place in RT Ministry of Industry and Trade. The results of the visit were summarized.

On 24 May 2010 the meeting between Acting Minister Vladimir Solovyev and the delegation of the representatives of Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Finland and Innovation and Technological Centre Lahti took place in RT Ministry of Industry and Trade. On 24 May 2010 Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Vlasov took part in the Business Forum “Tatarstan-Serbia”, which took place in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of business circles exchanged information and discussed promising lines of cooperation. Business Forum was held within the framework of the visit of the delegation from the Republic of Serbia headed by the Minister of Trade and Social Policy Rasim Ljajić to the Republic of Tatarstan.

On 19 May 2010 Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan met the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to Russian Federation Constantin Grigorie. The parties exchanged the information and discussed promising lines of cooperation.

On 15 May 2010 First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Soloviev took part in the meeting between President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) Kandeh K. Yumkella

On 30 April 2010 Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan met the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kuwait to Russian Federation Nasser Haji Ibrahim Al-Muzayen. The parties exchanged information and identified subsequent steps for development of business relations.
