On June 29, 2010 Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov made the speech at the II International Summit of Islamic Business and Finances. The Minister reported on the industrial potential and foreign economic activity of Tatarstan.

On June 28, 2010 the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov met the President of International Commission of MEDEF Champagne-Ardenne Philippe Verbert. The parties discussed the organizational issues of the forthcoming business mission of French companies to the Republic of Tatarstan and possible lines of cooperation.

On June 24, 2010 Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov met the representatives of the Austrian company Binderholz GmbH. The parties discussed the promising lines of cooperation.

On June 23, 2010 took place the meeting of Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov with Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nuremberg (German Federal Republic) Peter Kompalla and Head of the Service Department of Handtmann for Russia and CIS Andrey Hayderbrecht. The parties exchanged the information and identified possible lines of cooperation.

On June 22, 2010 the international rating agency Fitch Ratings confirmed the rating of the Republic of Tatarstan. Long-term rating in international and national currency are retained on the level “BBB-“, short-term rating in international currency on the level “F3”. National long-term rating is confirmed o n the level “AA+(rus)”. Forecast on all three long-term ratings is “Stable”.

On June 22, 2010 Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov met the delegation from the Islamic Republic of Iran headed by the Governor of Qazvin province Ahmed Adjam. The parties exchanged the information and discussed possible lines of cooperation.

On June 15 2010 the opening ceremony of Tatarstan-Czech Business Forum with participation of RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and RT Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov took place. Within the framework of the forum target meetings with representatives of business circles of Tatarstan and Czech Republic were held.

On June 10 2010 the meeting between representatives of Tatarstan’s enterprises and organizations and members of Siemens AG working group was held in RT Ministry of Industry and Trade. The meeting was led by First Deputy Minister Vladimir Solovyev. The parties discussed possible lines of cooperation development.

On June 8 2010 RT Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov met the representatives of Italian company Drillmec. The parties exchanged the information and outlined lines of cooperation.
