On 14 July 2014, the meeting was held under the chairmanship of Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov regarding the visit of the Tatarstan delegation to the Krasnodar Krai to take part in the 13th International Investment Forum Sochi 2014.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Organising Committee, relevant Tatarstan ministries and agencies.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the draft concept of the Tatarstan exhibition at the 13th International Investment Forum Sochi 2014.On 10 July 2014, OAO KNIAT held the official ceremony dedicated to the 55th Anniversary of OAO Technopark of Industrial Technologies Innovation and Technology Centre KNIAT that was attended by Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Almaz Khusainov.
The main areas of OAO KNIAT current activities are development and transfer of technologies in machine-building sector and engineering sector.On 9 July 2014, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov participated in the meeting of the Presidential Council for Economic Modernisation and Innovation Development held in Yekaterinburg at the premises of Urals Optical and Mechanical Plant named after Yalamov. The meeting was held by Chairman of the Government Dmitriy Medvedev.
The main topic of the Presidium meeting was issues of photonics development.Today, Tatarstan was visited by a delegation from the Penza Oblast with a view of developing bilateral relations and sharing experience in the sphere of energy saving and energy efficiency. The Penza Oblast delegation comprised Chairman of the Penza Oblast Government Dmitry Semenov and Head of the Penza Oblast Department for Tariff Regulations and Energy Saving Natalya Klak.
During the visit, the working meeting was held in the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade. The meeting, attended by Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Damir Safiullin, was dedicated to the issues of implementing State policies in the sphere of energy saving and energy efficiency. It involves the discussion of creation and implementation of regional programmes in the sphere of energy saving and energy efficiency, use of renewable energy sources, and development of small distributed generation systems.Today, Yekaterinburg-Expo International Exhibition Centre held the opening ceremony of the 5th International Industrial Trade Fair Innoprom 2014.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of Innoprom Organising Committee, Russia’s Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Oblast Evgeniy Kuvaishev, and other officials.
Later on, within the framework of Innoprom Fair, the Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Republic of Tatarstan signed the Agreement on Cooperation in the Sphere of Industrial Policies and Trade.Yekaterinburg has been preparing to the opening of the 5th Industrial Trade Fair Innoprom 2014 that will be held from 9 July to 12 July and will be attended by more than 500 enterprises from over 30 countries. Tomorrow, the opening ceremony of the fair will be attended by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.
In four days, the Innoprom 2014 Fair will see many seminars, round table discussions, and participants’ presentations.
Innoprom 2014 will be dedicated to smart technologies, materials, and solutions that would contribute to enhancing the efficiency of manufacturing processes and the competitive ability of industrial enterprises.On 7 July 2014, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov participated in the meeting between Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of Efes Rus Robin Gucci. The meeting was held in the Tatarstan House of Government. From Tatarstan, the meeting was attended by Tatarstan Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin, Tatarstan Minister of Transport and Roads Lenar Safin, Head of the Kazan Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin, etc.
The parties discussed the issues of the company’s development and plans for several projects.On the initiative of the Republic’s Council for Issues of Charitable Activities and Tatarstan Regional Branch of All-Russia Political Party ‘United Russia’ headed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the traditional republic’s charity campaign entitled Help to Prep for School 2014 is held from 7 July to 25 July 2014.
In school year 2014/2015, an estimate of 39,044 children will start school. Based on the preliminary information, some 6,000 first-form pupils are in need for support. In addition, it is expected within the framework of the campaign to provide charity support to students in forms 2 to 11 that are being raised in low-income and large families, to children with handicapped parents, and to handicapped children.Kazan Helicopters (being a part of the Russian Helicopters Holding) held the prom of the specialised “helicopter” physics and mathematics class of Humanities Gymnasium No. 8.
