The contest is held in two stages: at the regional and the federal one. The regional stage of the Contest is carried by the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade. Three best projects will be chosen from filed applications for each category summarising the results of the regional stage.
Awarding of the contest winners will be held within the framework of the 3rd International Forum Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving (ENES) from 20 November to 22 November 2014 in Moscow.

The Forum is one of the biggest regional branch events in the Russia’s petrochemical industry.
