On 9 November 2014, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with racers of KamAZ Master Team in Naberezhnye Chelny. KamAZ Master Team will participate in Dakar 2015 Rally. Rustam Minnikhanov also inspected the vehicles scheduled to participate in the rally.

Memorandum of Intent on localisation of metal-working machinery production in the SEZ Alabuga was signed between the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Czech-based ALTA INVEST on 6 November 2014. The signatories of the document were the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov and the Chairman of ALTA Board of Directors Vladimir Plashil.

On 1 November 2014, Kazan hosted Nashe Vremya – Beznen Zaman, the 2nd TV Working Youth Creativity Festival. During the contest, names of the winners were announced.
Festival’s qualifying stages were held in September and October this year in three regions of the republic. The strongest teams competed in the semi-final held from 29 to 31 October in Kazan.

On 1 November 2014, Pyramid Cultural and Entertainment Complex will host a gala concert of the 2nd TV Working Youth Creativity Festival. The Festival is held under the auspices of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and initiated by the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade jointly with Tatarstan Sozvezdye Yoldyzlyk Youth Social Organisation.

On 31 October 2014, OAO Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre hosted an official opening ceremony of the 26th Specialised Exhibition of Light and Textile Industry Goods  ‘Fashion and Style. Kazan - Autumn’.

More than 130 enterprises and entrepreneurs of Tatarstan and regions of Volga, Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, CIS countries, and Turkey participated in the exhibition.

On 30 October 2014, the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the meeting between the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov.
During the meeting, parties considered the issue of rendering state support to Mefro Wheels Russia Zainsk Plant.

To date, the Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Damir Safiullin attended the meeting of the Russian Ministry of Energy dedicated to preparations of energy enterprises for autumn-winter period 2014-2015.
The meeting was chaired by the Russian Ministry of Energy.

On 29 October 2014, OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim held the official ceremony of launching attended by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Aide to the Russian President Andrey Fursenko.
The project was implemented within the framework of the import substitution programme jointly with experts of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim and scientists from the Kazan Federal University.

On 28 October 2014, Ravil Zaripov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade, and Yui Fuji, Vice President of China-based Poly Technologies signed a Memorandum of Intent between Tatarstan and Poly Technologies during the meeting between Rustam Minnikhanov, the Tatarstan President, and the delegation from China-based company.

On 27 October 2014, Ravil Zaripov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade, held a meeting with the delegation from the Republic of Turkey headed by Sherafettin Ashut, Chairman of the Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During the meeting parties discussed current issues and prospects of cooperation between Tatarstan and Turkey in various areas.
