On 15 November 2014, following the results of the state tests, the acceptance act of the third Veliki Ustyug Project 21631 small missile ship built at OAO Zelendolsky Shipyard was signed.
Project 21631 small missile ships designed by OAO Zelenodolsk Design Bureau are being built by the plant since 2010 for the Russian Navy.
On 14 November 2014, the All-Russia Contest of Projects Implemented in the Field of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving drew to its end. It was organised by the Russian Ministry of Energy.
The contest brought together educational and medical institutions, large industrial enterprises, housing and public utilities organisations, construction companies, fuel and energy enterprises, transportation companies, agricultural enterprises, regional and municipal authorities of the executive authority, press service, and mass media.
On 18 November 2014, the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and India’s Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers Ananth Kumar discussed issues of cooperation between Tatarstan and India in the fields of chemicals and petrochemicals, as well as fertilizers manufacturing during the meeting held in Delhi, India.
The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to create a working group comprising representatives of Tatarstan and India for detailed study of possible cooperation areas.

On 15 November 2014, the Kazan Kremlin hosted the signing ceremony of the Agreement on Cooperation between Tatarstan and Crimea. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov signed the Agreement on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technology, Social, and Cultural Cooperation between Tatarstan and Crimea.
On 14 November 2014, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted the second meeting of the Joint Working Group for the Implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Fields of Trade, Economy, Science, Technology, and Culture between the Tatarstan and the Turkmenistan Governments. The meeting was chaired by the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov and the Turkmenistan Minister of Economy and Development Vepa Abdylkhekimov. The meeting of the Joint Working Group was attended by officials of Tatarstan and Turkmenistan ministries and agencies, as well as top executives of Tatarstan industrial enterprises.
On 13 November 2014, OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim hosted the Professional Excellence Contest among Young Design Engineers. Ten young design engineers became participants of the contest. After summarising the provided materials, five finalists were chosen.
One of the active forms of attracting young generation to production processes is to hold awareness-raising tours of major POZIS facilities. In November 2014, the plant was attended by pupils of the Kazan Secondary School No.122. The company executives organised the open day at facilities for the production of refrigerating equipment for inquisitive pupils and their parents.
