On 4 November 2015, the Millennium Square near the Kazan Central Stadium hosted the meeting dedicated to the National Unity Day. The event was attended by sixteen representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Representatives of Russian political parties such as United Russia, Fair Russia, Liberal Democratic Party and Communist Party were among participants of the meeting. The meeting was also attended by employees of Kazan Helicopters, Kazan Aircraft Production Association and various Tatarstan universities and agencies. The organizers of the event were Tatarstan civil society movements, such as ‘Otechestvo’ (Motherland) and the Tatarstan Volunteer Movement Development Centre.
On 3 November 2015, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted the meeting with the delegation from CNMTC machine-tool company headed by its Vice President Liang Feng. The meeting was chaired by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.
During the meeting, the representatives of the delegation from China made a presentation of three China-based companies. The meeting was attended by representatives of AO Kazan Giproniiaviaprom.
The parties discussed issues of cooperation, including the creation of a joint machine-tool manufacture in the Tatarstan and agreed to create a working group on cooperation.
Ravil Zaripov also has invited the members of the delegation from China to attend the 15th International Specialised Exhibition ‘Mechanical Engineering. Metalworking. Kazan’ and the 10th International Exhibition ‘TechnoWelding’ that will be held from 2 to 4 December 2015 at the Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre.
On 3 November 2015, the Kazan Kremlin hosted the joint meeting of the Tatarstan Security Council, Coordination Meeting for Ensuring Law and Order in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Antiterrorism Commission in the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by Tatarstan State Councillor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Secretary of the Tatarstan Security Council Ayrat Shafigullin, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, members of the Tatarstan Security Council and representatives of Tatarstan ministries, agencies, regulatory and supervisory authorities.
From 28 to 31 October 2015, the Tatarstan hosted the Days of Moscow. The delegation from Moscow was headed by Chairman of the Moscow City Duma Aleksey Shaposhnikov.
On 30 October 2015, the Tatarstan House of Government hosted the meeting between Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and members of the official delegation from Moscow. The meeting was also attended by Acting Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov.
The delegation attended the ceremony of laying wreaths at the Eternal Flame under the Colonnade of the Memorial to Glory, the Ak Bars Combat Centre, the Water Sports Palace, the Kazan Arena Football Stadium, the Old Tatar Settlement and the Kazan Kremlin. As an entertainment, the delegation attended the Kazan Academic Russian Bolshoi Drama Theatre named after Vasily Kachalov, the Galiaskar Kamal Tatar Academic Theatre and the Gala concert of art masters of Moscow that was held in the Musa Dzhalil Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theatre.
On 31 October 2015, OOO Yoldyz hosted the Republic’s Professional Skills Contest in the sewer specialty among enterprises of the Tatarstan garment industry. The main mission of the contest is to popularise blue-collar jobs and promote advanced experience of the industry’s workers.
The event was attended by Chairman of the Tatar Republic’s Federation of Trade Union of Textile and Light Industry Zilya Iskhakova and representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The winners of the contest were awarded with certificates, valuable gifts and monetary prizes.
On 31 October 2015, the Pyramid Culture and Entertainment Complex hosted the final gala concert of the 3rd Republic’s Working Youth Creativity TV Festival ‘Nashe Vremya – Beznen Zaman’.
The regional stages of the Festival and the Gala Concert were attended by Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Almaz Khusainov.
The official event was opened by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, who congratulated the prize winners and read out the welcome speech by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to the audience.
Following the results of all contests, the team of Gorbunov Kazan Aviation Plant (the subsidiary of PAO Tupolev), AO Almetyevsk Pipe Plant, Nizhnekamsk Thermal Power Station, the subsidiary of OAO TGC-16 (Territorial Generating Company), OAO Zelenodolsk Shipyard, and OAO Generating Company ranked third;
PAO Kazan Helicopters, MKU Education Department of the Mamadyshsky District Executive Committee, and PAO Tatneft ranked second;
OAO Kazan Motor-Building Production Association, OAO Setevaya (Grid) Company, and PAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim ranked first.
The prize winners were distinguished with diplomas, bowls, valuable gifts, and monetary prizes.
The team of PAO KAMAZ was awarded with the Grand Prix and a monetary prize in the amount of RUB 100,000.--. One of the stars in the Ursa Major constellation will be named after the enterprise what will be verified by the Roskosmos certificate.
On 30 October 2015, Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre hosted the opening ceremony of the 28th Specialized Exhibition of the Goods of Light and Textile Industry “Fashion and Style. Kazan‑Autumn”. The official ceremony was attended by the representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade. The exhibition will last till 3 November 2015.
Representatives of 136 companies from 55 regions of Russia as well as the enterprises from Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Turkey and the Republic of Belarus offered a wide range of stylish clothes and accessories, fur articles and household goods at the Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre.
1 November 2015 is the beginning of the Internet voting for choosing winners of the All-Russian contests of implemented projects in the sphere of energy efficiency and energy saving ‘ENES-2015’ and mass media and press service of the fuel and energy complex companies and regional administrations ‘MediaTEK’.

From 27 to 30 October 2015, the pavilions of Central Exhibition Complex ‘Expocentre’ in Moscow hosted the 18th International Exhibition for the Chemical Industry and Science ‘Khimia 2015’. It is the biggest and the most prestigious industrial chemistry forum in Russia. The event was attended by the representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Over half of the exhibitors are the leading Russian chemical enterprises. They comprise such leading Tatarstan companies as PAO Tatneft, PAO Kazanorgsintez, PAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim, OAO Taif-NK, etc.
From 28 to 31 October 2015 the Days of Moscoware to be held in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Within the event, the Tatarstan veterans and the Guard of Honour are to take part in the wreath-laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame of the Colonnade of the Glory Memorial as well as at the ceremony of presenting Gift Certificates from the Moscow Government to the veterans.
