The Tatarstan delegation headed by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov is in Pakistan now.
The delegation comprises executives from the Tatarstan leading industrial enterprises, such as PAO KAMAZ, PAO Kazan Helicopters, PAO Kazan Medical Instruments Plant, OAO Kazankompressormash, and PAO Tatneft.
On 19 November 2015, the Tatarstan delegation attended the 1st Russian-Pakistan Investment Forum, which was held within the Russian-Pakistan Intergovernmental Commission.
On 18 November 2015, the Kazan City Hall hosted the winners’ awarding ceremony of the republic’s Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan contest. The official awarding ceremony was attended by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Co-chairman of the Organising Committee of the Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan contest and Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov, top officials of Tatarstan ministries and agencies, top executives of various branch enterprises, medical and cultural establishments, and Tatarstan craftsmen.
The following Tatarstan leading industrial enterprises are among the winners of the Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan contest: OAO TAIF-NK, AO TANECO, PAO Kazanorgsintez, PAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim, OAO Zelenodolsk Shipyard, PAO Kazan Helicopters, OAO POZIS, OAO PO YelAZ, PAO Nizhnekamskshina, OOO Nizhnekamsk Solid Steel Cord Tire Plant, Kazan State Gunpowder Plant, OAO Karpov Chemical Plant, OAO Kazankompressormash, OOO TMS Group Managing Company, Bugulma Mechanical Plant, and NGDU Elkhovneft of PAO Tatneft.
From 17 to 18 November 2015, Kazan hosted the 7th Interregional Conference ‘Quality Management Systems in Education’ and the round table discussions within the framework of the ‘Days of Quality in the Republic of Tatarstan’.
The conference was attended by over 100 representatives of intermediate vocational education institutions, higher education institutions, ministries, agencies, as well as experts in additional education from the Tatarstan, the Republic of Belarus, the Chuvash Republic, the Republic of Bashkortostan, and other regions of Russia.
Within the framework of the conference, the participants attended the Kazan Power Engineering University and the Kazan Energy College.
On 18 November 2015, the Kazan City Hall will host a winners’ awarding ceremony of the republic’s Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan contest with the participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
On 16 November 2015, Helsinki hosted the Tatarstan-Finland Business Forum.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the Tatarstan is willing to attract Finnish entrepreneurs to the Tatarstan and expand mutually beneficial cooperation.
The Tatarstan-Finland Business Forum was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Finland Aleksandr Rumyantsev and representatives of Finnish business community who are interested in developing and strengthening business relations with Russia and its regions.
In the end of the Forum, the parties signed a number of agreements.
On 13 November 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov hosted the meeting with top executive of the UNIDO Centre for International Industrial Cooperation in Russia Sergey Korotkov.
During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas for cooperation between the Tatarstan and the UNIDO Centre in Russia in the mechanical engineering, petrochemistry, and energy efficiency.
On 13 November 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the meeting between Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of AO Russian Helicopters Aleksandr Mikheyev.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of further development of the Russian helicopter industry, including PAO Kazan Helicopters.
On 12 November 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the meeting between Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Siemens in Russia and Central Asia, Vice President of Siemens AG Dietrich Moeller.
During the meeting, the parties signed an Agreement on cooperation between Siemens company and the Kazan State Technical University.
On 11 November 2015, OAO TAIF-NK hosted the ceremony of launching the production of Euro-5 petrol. The official ceremony was attended by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Head of the Nizhnekamsk District Aydar Metshin, and Director General of OAO TAIF Albert Shigabutdinov.
On 11 November 2015, Kazan hosted the 23rd Reporting and Election Conference of the Societal Organisation ‘Tatar Republic’s Federation of Trade Unions of Textile and Light Industry Workers.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, and trade unions’ activists of the Tatarstan textile and light industry enterprises.
During the meeting the following issues were discussed: social security of workers at enterprises, security and workplace safety, on time salary payment, jobs preservation and creation during the economic crisis, etc.
