Following the results of the “1C: Project of the Year” international competition, two projects of Tatneft won a corporate automation contest on the “1C: Enterprise 8” platform.
The Tatneft project entitled “Organisation of Electronic Primary Accounting Documents Circulation Based on 1C: Document Management 8 Corp.” was the first one in the category of “The Best Project in Document Management (ECM) Subject Area” to allow paperless workflow of primary accounting documents both with external counterparties and between the Company's subdivisions.
The first place in the category of “The Best Project in Fuel and Energy Industry” was awarded to the Company's project entitled “Development and Implementation of the Automated Treasury System of the Tatneft Group Based on 1C: Holding Management Software Product”, which allowed the consolidation of financial operations of the Tatneft's subsidiaries.
The competition was held to identify advanced users and partners who have achieved the greatest success in automation and promotion of projects for implementing the solutions of the 1C: Enterprise 8 system. A total of over 100 applications have been submitted, of which 79 projects were accepted for participation.
The projects were assessed by a professional jury composed of top executives from major enterprises, relevant consultants, journalists, and experts of 1C Company.
The design engineers from the KAMAZ development block, who worked out the project with an economic effect of one million roubles, were instructed to continue their work.
At the meeting of the investment committee chaired by Development Director of KAMAZ Irek Gumerov, the results of the team's work were announced. Owing to the consolidating of the contents of six service books for Euro-4 vehicles into one, it was possible to save more than one million roubles in the printing house. As a result, Irek Gumerov instructed the team to launch a new project, which will be a continuation of the previous one.
In the course of the project, it is planned to switch completely over to electronic service books, having excluded paper documents. The idea was supported by Financial Director of KAMAZ Andrey Maksimov. When starting this format of the service books, one can forget about printing costs. The project is planned to be implemented for vehicles with Euro-5 engines and higher. The project implementation team has already been formed; it also comprised new experts.
The Kazan Helicopters hosted the sectoral professional skills competition among metal cutting process engineers. To participate in the competition, the best representatives of Russia’s aircraft enterprises competed in two categories: up to 30 years old and over 30 years old.
In the category of up to 30 years, the first place was won by a process engineer of Kazan Helicopters, Sergey Shipigin. А representative of KumAPP Maria Semavina ranked second. Other prizewinners were representatives of Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (KRET), Tekhnodinamika, and Concern VKO Almaz-Antey.
The competition gathered 42 participants from the largest aircraft industry enterprises located in 17 regions of Russia. The mission of the competition is to raise the prestige of blue-collar and white-collar jobs, to promote the development and continuous growth of personnel qualification in keeping with prospective tasks. The competition makes it possible to assess the practical and theoretical knowledge of the process engineers.
According to the organisers, participation in such competitions would give young people an awareness of the importance of the professions they chose and would improve their professional standards.
Today in the House of Tatarstan Government, a meeting was held between Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Haier Office in Russia Lyudmila Romanova. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of the Haier’s refrigeration equipment plant in the Kama Industrial Park Master (Naberezhnye Chelny), and considered further steps for joint projects.
The team of the Republic of Tatarstan ranked second in the medal count at the 5th WorldSkills Russia National Competition, which was held in Krasnodar from May 15 to 19, 2017. Team Moscow become the leader in the medal count, and team Krasnodar ranked third.
Following the results of the regional and qualifying competitions in Tatarstan, a total of 81 contestants aged from 16-22 (for a number of skills, up to 25 years old) participated in the competition in 60 skills of the WorldSkills Russia movement. In addition, 57 regional experts were involved.
Representatives from Tatarstan were first in 16 skills: Information Network Cabling, Entrepreneurship, Cargo Transport Maintenance, Medical and Social Care, Industrial Robotics, Floristics, Jewellery, Laboratory Medical Analysis, Lower Grades Teaching, Sound Engineering, Bricklaying, Carpentry, Preschool Education, Motor Grader Control, Physical Culture and Sports, and Manufacturing Team Challenge.
Further, the republic’s representatives received silver awards in such skills as Car Painting, Mobile Robotics, Hotel Receptionist, Sheet Metal Technology, Composite Technology, Video Production, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Laser Technology.
Today, Kazan saw the 9th International Economic Summit “Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2017”. The event was attended by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov, and other officials.
The forum programme covers a number of events, such as panel discussions, seminars, workshops, applied research conferences, round tables, business council sessions, and bilateral meetings. The 9th International Economic Summit of Russia and the OIC countries “Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2017” is hosting more than 2,000 guests from 50 countries. Traditionally, the central topic of the Summit is the economy of Islamic countries and regions. In addition, this year KazanSummit 2017 addresses such areas as social entrepreneurship, ecology, charity, corporate strategies, tourism, Islamic education, and others. The KazanSummit 2017 is held from May 18 to May 20.
Today, on the sidelines of the 9th International Economic Summit “Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2017”, a business breakfast of Sberbank was held. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov.
The topic of the conversation was devoted to the development of partner financing in Russia.
Addressing the audience, the Tatarstan President noted that to promote Islamic banking in Russia, it is necessary to pay special attention to training of personnel and work on the current legislation.
Rustam Minnikhanov added that a number of tasks in this sphere are being resolved within the framework of the Russia-Islamic World Strategic Vision Group. “Since 2014, pursuant to the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, I was assigned to chair this group. We held productive meetings in Moscow, Kazan, a few days ago a meeting was held in Grozny”, Rustam Minnikhanov said.
In turn, Adviser to the Chairman of the Bank of Russia Aleksey Simanovsky proposed to develop Islamic banking in Russia on the existing legislative basis.

Today, within the framework of the 9th International Economic Summit "Russia-Islamic World: KazanSummit 2017", the first halal industry exhibition dubbed “Russia Halal Expo” was launched in the Korston Hotel & Mall.
The exhibition of halal goods was visited by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov.
Before the visit, Chairman of the Tatarstan Religious Board of Muslims Kamil Samigullin briefed the Tatarstan President on the development of the halal market in the republic, the activities of companies producing the relevant goods, and further plans to expand the range of products and services offered.
The exhibition accommodates about 50 manufacturers from all corners of Russia: Tatarstan, Moscow, Udmurtia, Samara Region, Chelyabinsk Region, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and others. There are also foreign delegations, in particular, Turkish companies.
In addition to foods, the exhibition presents various clothes, decorations, halal cosmetics, and toys. Separate stands are devoted to tourism and medicine.

According to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, the identification system for football fans, of which FAN IDs are a part, was successfully tested at the Rubin Kazan - CSKA Moscow match that was held in Kazan on May 17, 2017.
All spectators attended the match received the FAN IDs. More than 2,500 employees of 27 industrial enterprises and employees of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade took part in testing the system. Later on, these FAN IDs can be used by fans at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017. Together with tickets for the match, these FAN IDs will ensure a comfortable and fast passage to the stadium for all spectators.
The FAN ID is a personalised spectator card that is part of the ID system for football fans of the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Each spectator should receive such a card after purchasing a ticket for the match. To do this, one should fill out a form on the website http://www.fan-id.ru or go through the registration procedure at the FAN ID Distribution centres. Further, one will be able to receive a FAN ID in this centre. In addition, a FAN ID ensures free-visa entry to the Russian Federation for foreign spectators and stateless persons.
Tatneft has completed the scheduled overhaul of the TANECO oil refinery. Repair work on the process units took place from April 15 to May 14. Starting from May 15, pre-commissioning activities have been carried out at all TANECO facilities to bring them to design process conditions.
This task became possible due to careful preparation for the repair period, as well as well-coordinated and professional work of the management, experts of Tatneft, TANECO, and contractors.
During the overhaul period, a set of measures has been implemented, aimed at ensuring the long-term, safe, and reliable operation of the TANECO complex equipment. This includes the re-equipment of the railway overpass for oil products filling at TANECO, which makes it possible to ensure environmentally safe filling of petroleum products using computer-aided procedures with the required performance level. Moreover, as part of the retrofitting and upgrading, the bulk of construction and installation work have been completed at the truck-loading platform for oil products.
The work done during the overhaul period would essentially improve the efficiency of existing facilities. The company plans to proceed to a five-year inter-repair run.
