On April 28, the Zelenodolsk Shipyard n. a. Gorky will see the solemn ceremony of laying down the second follow-on border patrol vessel of project 22100 Okean.

The ceremonial events are expected to be attended by representatives of the Russian Government and Tatarstan Government, top officials from the Coast Guard of the Russian FSB Border Service, ministries and agencies of Tatarstan, executives of the Zelenodolsk Municipal District, Ak Bars Holding Company, as well as representatives of the designer and contractors.
