“Viktor Veliky” keel-laying ceremony took place at Zelenodolsk Shipyard

On 25 November 2016, AO Zelenodolsk Shipyard hosted an official keel-laying ceremony of the fifth Project 22160 patrol vessel “Viktor Veliky”, designed by Severnoye Design Bureau from Saint-Petersburg.

The official keel-laying ceremony was attended by Russian Deputy Defence Minister Yury Borisov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov, Chief of the State Defence Order Implementation Department of the Russian Defence Ministry Andrey Vernigora, Head of the Armaments Department of the Russian Armed Forces Anatoly Gulyayev, Chief of the Directorate of Military Representative Offices of the Russian Defence Ministry Oleg Stepanov, Head of the Ship-Building Department at the Russian Navy Vladimir Tryapichnikov, leaders of Zelenodolsk District, AO Ak Bars Holding Company, AO Zelenodolsk Shipyard, and Severnoye Design Bureau.
