On 15 January 2015, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade held the meeting chaired by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov. During the meeting, parties discussed areas of implementing the sub-programme ‘Increasing Labour Productivity at Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015-2020’ under the State Programme for ‘Economic Development and the Innovation Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014-2020’.
The participants of the meeting discussed the action plan for implementing the Programme, including the introduction of the Lean Production methodology.
On 15 January 2015, within the framework of the 6th Gaidar Forum, the panel discussion was held on the topic of ‘Real Sector of Economy: A Path to Efficiency’. The moderator of the meeting was the Chairman of the Russian State Duma Sergey Naryshkin.
The panel discussion was attended by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, leading Russian and international experts, and representatives of the business community.
In the oil production category, the first prize was given for the group of inventions ‘Method for welding large-sized metallic shells’ (RF patent No.2492038) , ‘Method for making eccentric passage between pipes’ (RF patent No. 2492016), ‘Method for bending a metal pipe’ (RF patent No. 2486982). The winners are Mr. Ibragimov, Mr. Shvetsov, Mr. Talypov, Mr. Ezhov, Mr. Anisimov, Mr. Starostin. Mr. Khakimov, Mr. Valeyev, Mr. Bazdrev, and Mr. Abdeyev.
The second prize for inventing ‘Method for separating and controlling the development of deposits drained with a horizontal well, and device for its implementation’ (RF patent No. 2488686) was given to Mr.Khisamov, Mr.Nuriyev, Mr,Abdrakhmanov, Mr.Iktisanov, Mr.Vakhitov, Mr.Nizamov, Mr.Khamityanov, Mr.Korzhenevskiy, Mr.Bagnyuk, Mr.Filippov, Ms.Mironova, and Mr.Korzhenevskiy.
The third prize for the group of inventions ‘Method for determining oil-filled formations’ (RF patent No. 2487239), ‘Method of oilfield development’ (RF patent No. 2493362), ‘Method for developing oil deposit by water-flooding’ (RF patent No. 2494237) was given to Mr. Khisamov, Mr.Khalimov, Ms.Torikova, Mr.Musayev, Mr.Makhmutov, Mr. Nazimov, Ms.Chupikova, and Ms. Lobanova.
On 13 January 2014, the meeting of the Economic Council under the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers was held under the chairmanship of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was dedicated to the issues of the industrial sector development in 2015.
The meeting was attended by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, top officials of ministries and agencies, and executives of Tatarstan industrial enterprises.
On 13 January 2015, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade held the meeting with major trade outlets of the republic. The meeting was chaired by the Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov. During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of food provision and pricing for socially important foodstuffs.
On 12 January 2014, Gorky Shipyard hosted the official keel-laying ceremony of the eighth counter-terror boat of Project 21980 series.
The official ceremony was attended by Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Andrey Dutov, Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Ildar Mingaleyev, Director General of Gorky Shipyard Renat Mistakhov, Director General of OAO Ak Bars Holding Company Ivan Yegorov, Chief Design Engineer of Project 21980 Aleksandr Rechitskiy, officials of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Russian Ministry of Defence, and Zelenodolsky District.
On 12 January 2014, Eduard Nikolayev’s crew of the Kamaz Master Team won the eighth stage of Dakar 2015 rally.
The Russia’s Kamaz Master Team crew comprised Eduard Nikolayev, Yevgeny Yakovlev and Ruslan Akhmadeyev.
On 6 January 2015, Gorky Shipyard carried out the official keel-laying ceremony of two Project 15310 cable ships.
The mission of Project 15310 cable ships is to lay, lift and repair underwater fibre-optic cable lines. The ships were assigned names of Volga and Vyatka by the order of the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy.
During the meeting, parties agreed that Prime Minister Masimov will come to Tatarstan within the framework of his visit to Russia in February 2015. Prior to this visit, it is planned to prepare a number of specific agreements.
