Since the start of the Labour Productivity national project, participating enterprises had access to training under the Export Growth Accelerator programme developed by the Russian Export Centre’s Export School. A new round of the programme will start in September 2021; applications may be submitted until August 17.
The programme is unique in that it provides business representatives with practical skills for effective export project structuring, risk minimisation and cost reduction, and the use of government support tools for independent replication and scaling of a company’s export activities.
The programme consists of four educational modules and three inter-module periods. The duration of the programme is 3 months.
The educational module is an intensive training course allowing a company to learn and practise key aspects of an export project. Training takes place in groups in a business training format.
During inter-module periods, a company works independently (between the educational modules), preparing the stages of an export project, fine-tuning the obtained knowledge and tools in practice, with constant consulting and individual support of each participating company by REC client managers and supervisor.
