RCC Tatarstan staff underwent training at Federal Competence Centre

Within the framework of implementing certain measures of the Labour Productivity national project, the first training module was held for the employees of the regional competence centres. The training took place in Moscow at the Process Factory of the Federal Competence Centre. There were many participants at this training from all over the country, which gave a useful impetus for development as well as an opportunity for exchange of experience in the field of labour productivity.

The first day of the training opened with the Fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing, during which the trainer dwell on many examples of enterprises in various areas, from food processing to heavy engineering companies.

The first day of the training concluded with an exchange of experience between the participants and some case studies from different industries.

On the second day, the Implementation of Improvement Project was discussed. Under this topic, the main blocks of project implementation were explained in detail.

The next training day was opened with the Mapping topic. Within this block, the participants studied methods of constructing maps of current, target and future states.

The second block on the day was Production Analysis aimed at obtaining timely and accurate data on the progress of the production programme at any stage of product manufacture, as well as at quickly solving problems arising in production.
