Some 250 local enterprises to implement national productivity project by 2024

Shamil Bayramov, head of Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre summarised today the results of the Labour Productivity national project for H1 of this year.

The Regional Competence Centre was the first in Russia to be certified by the Federal Competence Centre in Labour Productivity, and at the end of Q2 it ranked third among Russia’s regional centres. The region was also the most active in implementing the national project, receiving an award in the relevant category at the Productivity 360 Federal Forum.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, for the moment 123 republic’s enterprises from such industries as mechanical engineering, transportation services, chemical and food industry, metallurgy, agriculture, construction and others are participants of the Labour Productivity project. By 2024, some 250 enterprises are expected to be involved in the implementation of the Labour Productivity national project with an annual increase in productivity of 5%.

When entering the Labour Productivity national project, the enterprises get free expert support, the opportunity to be trained in lean production at the Process Factory, training and assistance with entering new markets under the Export Growth Accelerator programme, the opportunity to get a preferential loan up to RUB 300 million at 1% per annum under the Industry Development Fund programme, etc.
