Kazan Digital Week 2021 International Forum will take place on September 21 to 24, 2021. At the end of March 2021, the company has placed its application, passed all the stages of internal company assessment, confirmed its preparedness to implement the project and since July, the training of members of the project working group begins in the company.
OOO SOFT PIPE is located in Naberezhnye Chelny; it refers to companies engaged in processing and production of “other non-metallic mineral products”. The main products manufactured by the company are mineral wool insulation cylinders from the manufacturer, as well as roofing materials with heat-insulating fillers.
The company’s entry into the programme is driven by the opportunity to take a fresh look at processes within the company and identify the opportunities to increase productivity in key business areas. In addition to improving process efficiency, the company is also targeting a preferential loan from the Industrial Development Fund (IDF); preferential SME financing; and advanced training and retraining through the Productivity Leaders training programme.
The methodological programme by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade entitled “Leaders of Infrastructure Development” will be launched in July 2021 in order to train professional management teams in the regions for the creation, development, and management of industrial parks and industrial technoparks. By the end of 2020, a total of 331 industrial parks and technoparks with an aggregate area of production facilities of over 13 million square metres are already in operation and being established in the Russian Federation. At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade notes a high level of regional disparity in the location of production sites.
The basic module of the programme was developed by order of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade with the participation of the Russian Association of Clusters and Technoparks and the Russian Association of Industrial Parks.
Programme participants will be offered lectures and practical sessions with the heads of the most effective industrial sites, field sessions in the regions to learn about the activities of successful parks, and ongoing expert support in developing solutions for industrial infrastructure. The programme also provides for testing and defending individual projects by each management team for creating an industrial park or an industrial technopark in their regions.
Today, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted a regular meeting of the Commission on Observance of Requirements to Professional Conduct of Public Civil Servants and Resolving of Conflicts of Interests.
The following issues were discussed at the meeting:
Notifying public civil servants about the performance of other paid work;
Results of the analysis of the statements on incomes, expenditures, property and property-related liabilities submitted by the public civil servants of the Ministry in 2020.
