The Kazan Giproniiaviaprom joined the Labour Productivity national project in March 2021. The project is being implemented with the support of experts from the Tatarstan Regional Competence Centre.

Using the Mapping tool, the current, ideal, and target value stream maps have been developed and digitised. Mapping is a key tool for visualising and analysing material and information flows, identifying losses and potential for improvement in the process. Properly conducted, mapping provides an opportunity to visually see and understand how the process works, where value is created, and where losses occur.
The current state map created by the working group with the support from the Tatarstan’s RCC experts shows the associations between all of the elements in the office process, the problems, and areas for improvement.
The working group also created a map of the process target state - it compares the opportunities of the office process identified during the analysis with the needful requirements for maximum efficiency of the processes.
In the process, primary problems are collected. A problem is an obstacle on the way to achieving the target, a discrepancy between the current state and the target one.
