Tatenergosbyt won 11th Best Power Retail Company of Russia contest
The only last resort provider in the territory of Tatarstan, AO Tatenergosbyt, has once again took first place in the 11th Best Power Supply Company of Russia contest held by the EnergoNews, an industry-specific Internet portal.
Tatenergosbyt took first place in the category of The Most Customer-Oriented Power Supply Company, where basic principles and practices of servicing legal entities and individuals were evaluated.
The company’s project entitled “Consolidation of Functions of a Power Supply Company and Settlements for Housing and Utility Services in Tatenergosbyt” took second place in the Energy Sales Project of the Year category. Tatenergosbyt also took second place in the Socially Responsible Power Supply Company category. Furthermore, Tatenergosbyt was awarded a special diploma of the jury in the category of The Most Information-Open Power Supply Company for its outstanding performance in certain aspects of consumer relations; namely, the company became the absolute leader in the number of publications in the print media.
A total of 58 companies from 64 constituent entities of the Russian Federation competed for the title of the best power supply company in 2020 in four competitive categories. The contestants were judged by an expert jury consisting of power industry experts from 16 regions, as well as by EnergoNews editorial staff.
