Today, Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov had a meeting with Director General of Haitian CIS Ilya Plyutov. The meeting was devoted to discussing the opportunity of localising Haitian Group production in Tatarstan. Representatives of Haitian CIS were invited to open a facility in the Technopolis Himgrad with three divisions: a service centre, a finished goods warehouse, and a training centre.
Albert Karimov noted that Tatarstan is an ultimate competence centre in the field of plastics processing. A good investment climate, appropriate infrastructure and special preferences make the republic a suitable area for the localisation of Haitian Group facilities.
The Haitian Group is a company founded in 1966 in China (Hong Kong). It has 18 factories in 10 countries (China, Germany, Brazil, Turkey, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Japan) and has been the world leader in the production of plastic injection moulding machines since 1994.
In addition, the Haitian Group manufactures turning machining equipment for the metal industry and equipment for the mechanical engineering industry (servo drives).
