Representatives of more than 30 regions of Russia took part in the project. The mission of the educational programme is to create a mechanism for solving governmental tasks based on digital data management.

The team from Tatarstan included representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications, and the Tatarstan Ministry of Labour, Employment, and Social Protection. Educational intensive course “Island 10-21” was held on the Russky Island of Primorsky Krai in mid-July this year on the Data-Based Management track (Chief Data Officer specialty). The submitted projects were approved and recommended by Dmitry Peskov, special representative of the Russian President on digital and technology development issues, as best practices for implementing digital economy projects.
