From December 6 to December 7, Kazan will host the 3rd Scientific and Applied Conference “Increasing Labour Productivity in the Defence Industry through Present-Day Production Management Methods”, to be held with the support from the Board of the Russian Military Industrial Commission, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Government of Tatarstan. The event will took place at the Volga State Academy of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
The conference will bring together business leaders and executives responsible for developing the production system, increasing operational efficiency, managing production, ensuring business logistics, and managing product quality, as well as for selecting and developing systems for motivating staff to reduce costs and increase productivity.
The purpose of the conference is to develop recommendations on the use of present-day methods and management tools aimed at increasing labour productivity at defence industry enterprises. Event participants will examine case studies in introducing methods to increase productivity at defence enterprises, choose techniques and tools for improvements that are optimal for the industry’s manufacturing or other sectors.
