Dear current and retired employees of the metal industry of Tatarstan! Please accept my sincere congratulations on your professional holiday, the Day of Metallurgist!
In the republic’s industrial sector, an important role is played by the metal industry, represented by enterprises that manufacture products in compliance with high international standards. Our metal companies operate across the entire republic: in Almetyevsk and Zelenodolsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Kukmor and Kazan.
Tatarstan metallurgists are facing today serious and multifaceted tasks. These are the increase in labour productivity through the introduction of lean production tools, digital technology, and product diversification within the framework of the Increasing Labour Productivity and Supporting Employment national project.
On this holiday, I would also like to express my special gratitude to the industry’s long-service employees, whose invaluable experience is passed on from generation to generation. The traditions you have laid down – loyalty to your work, old-school training and skills – are in reliable hands today.
I sincerely wish you all good health, happiness and well-being, success in implementing your plans and labour achievements for the prosperity of our republic!
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov
