On 10 April, 2009 a meeting of the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov was held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore in Russian Federation Mr. Simon Tensing de Cruz. The parties exchanged the information, discussed possible lines of cooperation; there was held a presentation of the industrial potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On 10 April, 2009 the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Mr. Ravil Zaripov met the CEO of The Association of European Businesses in Russian Federation Mr. Frank Schauff. During the meeting the parties exchanged the information and discussed the possible lines of cooperation.

On 8 April, 2009 in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Deputy Minister Linar Latypov was held with the director of Pôle Lorraine of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of France in Russian Federation Mr. Jean-Paul Moreau.

On 1 April, the Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov met the representatives of Saxon company Linde-KCA-Dresden GmbH - managing director Mr. Michael Schaeffer and sales manager for CIS countries Mr. Peter Madler

On 1 April, 2009 in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting was held with the delegation of military attaches from the Republic of Austria, Switzerland, Holland and Germany. The aim of the visit was to study the industrial potential of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was headed by the Deputy Minister Linar Latypov.

On March 16, 2009 Austria-Tatarstan Business Contact Exchange took place in Kazan within the framework of the visit to Tatarstan of the delegation of business circles from Austria headed by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria in the Russian Federation Martin Vukovich.
