On 8 October 2009, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Solovyev met with delegation of Honeywell (USA) headed by its Chairman of the Board David M. Cote. The parties discussed promising lines of cooperation.

On 30 September 2009, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted the meeting with Vice President of ACSI (USA) Mr. Tom Fox. During the meeting, information was exchanged and prospects of cooperation discussed.

On 17 September 2009, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Solovyev met with representatives of Ferring Pharmaceuticals (Switzerland). The parties exchanged information and discussed prospects of cooperation.

On 11 September 2009, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted the meeting with delegation from the Shandong Province (People’s Republic of China) headed by First Vice Chairman of Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial People's Congress Gao Xinting.

On 2 June, 2009 a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Russian Federation Mr. Gaston Stronk took place in RT Ministry of Industry and Trade. The Parties exchanged information and discussed feasible areas for cooperation.

On 27 May, 2009 the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov met with Plenipotentiary Representative of the Saxony Bureau for economic cooperation with Russia Dr. Manfred Liebl. The Parties informed each other on the status on the project of establishment in Tatarstan of Germany-Russian center of up-to-date developments of industrial technologies in aviation and mechanic engineering.

On 26 May 2009 Ravil Zaripov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan met with the representatives of Dupont. The Parties exchanged the information, discussed feasible areas for cooperation.

On 22 May, 2009 signing of agreement with German company Mageba took place in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, with Kazan State Technological University about cooperation on the creation of Research and Educational Centre (REC) “Textile Machinery and Technologies”, as well as with OOO Style on the supply of equipment to the enterprises of Industrial Park “Kamskiy Trikotazh” in Chistopol.

On 12 May 2009, Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Russian Federation Mohammad Khalid Khattak. The parties exchanged information and discussed possible lines of cooperation.

On 12 May 2009, a meeting in the Ministry of Industry and Trade was held between Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Linar Latypov and Deputy Director of Commercial Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea Seo Kee Won. The parties exchanged information and discussed possible lines of cooperation.
