On 14 July 2015, Innopolis hosted the exhibition presentation of investment projects of Tatarstan enterprises within the framework of the visit of Chairman of the Sberbank of Russia Board German Gref to Tatarstan. Some of the enterprises are: OOO Interskol (expansion of electric tools production at SEZ Alabuga), OOO Prettl-NK (production set up of cabling and wiring products), OOO TIS (production set up of mechanical and air suspension seats), OOO Fixit Engineering Centre (production set up of fasteners for civil and military purposes in aircraft and automotive industries).

On 9 July 2015, Zelenodolsk Shipyard hosted the official ceremony dedicated to delivery of Zeleniy Dol and Serpukhov 21631-Project small missile ships. 21631-Project small missile ships were constructed by Zelenodolsk Design Bureau and are built at Zelenodolsk Shipyard since 2010 for the Russian Navy.

 

OAO Pozis summarised the activities results for Q1 2015 during the corporate event ‘The country lives when the plants work’.

In the framework of the event, the best workers and employees of the enterprise were awarded.

Issues of applying the Law ‘On Industrial Policies’, import substitution through localisation, and implementing National Technology Initiative were the main topics at the meeting of the Strategic Council for Investment in New Industries. The meeting was held on 8 July 2015 in Yekaterinburg within the framework of the Innoprom-2015 International Industrial Trade Fair and was chaired by Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. The meeting of the Strategic Council was attended by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.

The parties discussed new approaches to activities at high technology markets and expressed suggestions on the state support measures for prospective sectors and projects and on improving the industrial sector legislation and regulations.

 

Tatarstan Oil Summit that was held for the 15th time became an efficient platform to discuss topical issues of the Russian oil sector. This was noted by Interim Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on 9 July 2015 during the annual meeting with top executives from the Tatarstan oil companies in Karabash township, Bugulma District.

After the speech by Director General of OAO Tatneft Nail Maganov and Director General of ZAO Neftekonsortsium Fanis Valiev, Interim Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov specified the tasks to oil workers, one of them being the import substitution of technologies and equipment.

From 8 to 10 July 2015, Yekaterinburg hosted the Innoprom-2015 International Industrial Trade Fair. The fair was attended by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, heads of executive authorities in Russian regions, and representatives of the business and scientific communities.

On 6 July 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov awarded Venera Gilyazova, the Leading Expert of the State Procurement Sector at the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade with the Certificate of Honour by the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade for her long conscientious service.

Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov answered the questions of Irina Dyomina, the editor of the economy and industry section of the magazine ‘Republic of Tatarstan’ about trade and economic cooperation between Tatarstan and Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan is situated in the middle of Eurasia on the crossroads of the most ancient civilisations and on the confluence of the transport routes. It plays a big role in developing trade, economic, social and cultural cooperation between the countries of the continent. The cooperation between Kazakhstan and Tatarstan has ancient roots going back in the time of the Silk Road which went through this land. These roots had a great importance in trade of silk, horses, sheep, wool, gold, military equipment, and many other goods. What is the role of Kazakhstan in the Tatarstan foreign trade turnover today? This was the topic which Irina Dyomina discussed with Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.

 

Tatneft introduced its exposition at the 13th Moscow International Oil and Gas Exhibition in Moscow in the end of June 2015. Russian and foreign representatives of the oil and gas sector were among the participants of the exhibition.

The exposition of Tatneft at the exhibition included new developments in the sphere of oil extraction and formation pressure maintenance, superviscous oil deposits development, and oil recovery increase.

On 2 July 2015, the meeting dedicated to the issues of implementing decrees by Russian President Vladimir Putin of 7 May 2012 was held in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers. The meeting was chaired by Interim Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and was also attended by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chief of Staff to the Tatarstan President Asgat Safarov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, and other top officials from Tatarstan ministries and agencies.
