Competitive selection under CCIP, corporate competitiveness improvement programmes, has been summed up. From Tatarstan, selected were 11 regional-level enterprises and 3 companies of federal level. A single list of manufacturers implementing CCIP can be found in the State Information System of Manufacturing Industry (GISP) and is available for authorised users.
CCIP is one of the key mechanisms of the International Cooperation and Exports national project aimed at supporting the increase in output and sales of competitive industrial products manufactured in Russia (as regulated by Russian Government Resolution No. 191 of February 23, 2019).
The final list, approved by the interdepartmental commission, included 14 Tatarstan enterprises related to the implementation of export-oriented projects in chemical, petrochemical, mechanical engineering, and wood-processing sectors.
Companies that have entered into relevant agreements with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia will be able to get soft loans in a wide range of areas, including investment loans for the creation of export-oriented businesses, letters of credit, factoring, and loans to foreign buyers of Russian products. The size of the subsidised interest rate will be 4.5% per annum.
