Today, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan hosted a meeting between Minister Karimov and Minister of Communications and Information of Tatarstan Ayrat Khairullin.
The main topics of discussion were the support measures envisaged within the framework of the “Digital Technology” federal project as part of the Digital Economy National Programme. In particular, they talked about the implementation of road maps in several areas of the economy and the trilateral interaction of the government, businesses, and the Digital Economy Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation.
The priority task for the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade is fostering the activities of Russian companies developing digital platforms and software products with an aim of creating and developing high-tech industrial goods.
At the federal level, partial compensation is envisaged for the expenses associated with the development of digital platforms and software products (no more than 50%).
“The support mechanisms are important, first of all, to be understood, realised, and started applying by our enterprises”, said Albert Karimov at the meeting.
Today, Minister Karimov held a meeting with representatives of the V.A. Belugin Centre for Digital Economy, whose experts made presentations of their projects to increase labour productivity at enterprises in Tatarstan.
Projects under the conditional name of “Software and Hardware Package for Planning and Monitoring Production Processes” have been implemented at republic’s industrial enterprises since 2017.
Such a system helps to increase labour productivity by 20%-40% due to the introduction of digital economy elements at enterprises.
At the meeting, positive feedback was received on this programme from representatives of other republic’s ministries and agencies. In the future, it is planned to compile recommendations on the use of this system in the interests of the republic.
The V.A. Belugin Centre for Digital Economy was opened at the KNRTU-KAI in 2017. The mission of the Centre is to introduce the full life cycle system of the Digital Enterprise into the companies’ activities.
On June 20, a meeting was held at the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade on the introduction of digital products by the Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation at enterprises in Tatarstan.
The main speaker was Director of Product Management for the Rosatom Digital Economy Programme Aleksandr Churaev. A report was also presented by a representative of the Russian Federal Nuclear Centre at the All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics.
Aleksandr Churaev explained in detail some issues in the implementation of the “Digital Technology” federal project which is part of the Digital Economy National Project.
In his report, he conducted a brief analysis of measures to support enterprises and spoke about the size of the grants, the existing limits, the conditions for receiving the grants, as well as the role of financial operators in supporting enterprises.
Representatives of enterprises taking part in the first and second lines of the project and interested in introducing digital products had an opportunity of asking their questions to the speakers.
