More than 150 people from among schoolchildren, students, and teachers of Tatarstan’s educational institutions visited POZIS Company, part of the Machine Engineering Technologies Holding (Tecmash) of the Rostec Corporation, within the framework of the nationwide “No-Turnstile Week” campaign. The company's guests learned how Tatarstan refrigerators are made from the moment of their development to the release of the product from the main conveyor.
All in all, from April 18 to April 21, the enterprise was visited by representatives of seven educational institutions of Kazan and Zelenodolsk Municipality. These were students from the Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University, as well as Zelenodolsk schoolchildren from Lyceum No. 14, Lyceum No. 9, Gymnasium No. 10, and Aisha Secondary School.
“No-Turnstile Week” is an all-Russian campaign being held under the auspices of the Russian Union of Machine Builders from July 2015 within the federal occupational guidance project entitled “Working in Russia”. It unites various corporate initiatives and youth policy events aimed at increasing the prestige of blue-collar and white-collar jobs, training specialists needed for today’s industrial enterprises, and attracting and retaining talented young people in the organisational industrial environment.
