On 11 March 2015, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov delivered medals ‘Seventy Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945’ to veterans from Kazan defence enterprises. The medals were awarded to 35 veterans of strategic enterprises in Kazan, such as the Kazan Aircraft Production Association, the subsidiary of OAO Tupolev; Kazan Helicopters; OAO KMPA; and Kazan Gunpowder Plant. The event was held in the Labour Glory Museum at the Kazan Aircraft Production Association. The award ceremony was also attended by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.
On 11 March 2015, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted the first meeting of the Organising Committee of the Annual Republic’s Contest ‘Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan 2015’. The meeting was led by Ravil Zaripov, the Chairman of the Organising Committee.
The members of the Organising Committee considered a number of suggestions to update the procedure of holding the contest, including those to diversify the range of products and services submitted to the contest, to organise additional events within the contest, and to reformat the procedure for awarding the winners.

On 10 March 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov as a member of the Tatarstan delegation visited industrial enterprises in Tabriz within the framework of his working trip to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The first place was Tabriz Plant of Ceramic Tiles. Tabriz Tile plant is one of the world’s largest manufacturers and exporters of ceramic tiles. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a tour of company’s production premises and warehouses. He expressed his interest in the cooperation between Tatarstan and the Tabriz Tiles plant and suggested to consider cooperation options.

On 8 March 2015, delegation from Tatarstan headed by President Rustam Minnikhanov had a working trip to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Tatarstan delegation comprised Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaykhutdinov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, Aide to the Tatarstan President Rustam Gumerov, etc.
Within the framework of the visit to Iran, the Tatarstan delegation had meetings with Iran Vice President for Science and Technology Suren Sattari, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Javad Zarif, Minister of Industry, Mining and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, and other officials.

On 6 March 2015, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade held the meeting between Tatarstan Acting Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov and the delegation from the Vologda Oblast headed by Head of the Vologda's Department for Economic Development Kirill Toropov. The delegation saw the presentation of the Tatarstan potential. The parties discussed issues of sharing experience in the sphere of trade and foreign economic activities.

On 5 March 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the meeting of the Council of the Federation Committee on the Federal Structure, Regional Policies, Local Self-Governance and Affairs of the North dedicated to the issue entitled ‘Results of Providing Material Assistance to Municipal Entities of the Republic of Crimea’.
During the meeting, the participants summarised the results of events implemented in 2014 within the framework of providing advisory and material assistance by Russian entities to Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol to ensure the proper functioning of communal and social facilities.

From 4 to 5 March 2015, the delegation from the Kostroma Oblast headed by Governor Sergey Sitnikov visited Tatarstan.
Within the framework of their trip to Tatarstan, the delegation from the Kostroma Oblast visited IT-Park, the Educational and Laboratory Campus of the KFU’s Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology, KAPO-Komposit Aircraft Plant, Engineering Centre for Industrial Laser Technologies ‘KAI Laser’, the Kazan Kremlin, SEZ Alabuga, and OAO KamAZ.
The Kazan Kremlin hosted the meeting between Kostroma Oblast Governor Sergey Sitnikov and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. During the meeting, the Agreement between the Tatarstan and the Kostroma Oblast was signed in the spheres of trade, economy, science, technology, social relations, and culture.

From 2 to 3 March 2015, the delegation from Tatarstan headed by President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Kyrgyzstan.
The Tatarstan delegation comprised Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, officials from Tatarstan ministries and agencies, top executives of industrial enterprises of Tatarstan machine-building and petrochemical sectors, and Tatarstan research and educational institutions.
Within the framework of the visit, the Tatarstan delegation headed by President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Kyrgyzstan President Almazbek Atambaev and Prime Minister Dzhoomart Otorbayev.

On 27 February 2015, the meeting with top executives of Tatarstan’s independent oil companies was held in Almetyevsk under the chairmanship of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was attended by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, top officials of the Tatarstan ministries and agencies, and executives of OAO Tatneft.

During the meeting, the parties considered the performance results of independent oil companies in 2014 and their tasks for 2015.

On 26 February 2015, the Agreement on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technologic, Social and Cultural Cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kurgan Oblast was signed in Kurgan.
The signatories of the document were Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Kurgan Oblast Governor Aleksey Kokorin.
The delegation from the Tatarstan comprised Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Foodstuffs Marat Akhmetov, and top officials from Tatarstan ministries and agencies.
