On 22 April 2015, the 13th Session of Russian-Cuban Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation will be held in Kazan. Within the framework of the programme, Korston Hotel will host the regional panel discussion dedicated to the development of bilateral Russian-Cuban cooperation in the fields of trade and economy.
On 21 April 2015, the official ceremony of launching the full cycle production of Ford Transit vehicles in SEZ Alabuga was attended by Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, CEO of Ford Sollers Joint Venture Ted Cannis, Chief Operational Officer of Ford Sollers Joint Venture Adil Shirinov, and officials of the republic’s ministries and agencies.

On 20 April 2015, the Action plan to establish the subsidiary of All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials in Tatarstan was signed in the presence of Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Bugulma Mechanical Plant under OAO Tatneft became the winner of the Interregional Specialised Exhibition ‘Gas. Oil. New Technologies for the Far North’. The exhibition was held in Novy Urengoy. Bugulma Mechanical Plant under OAO Tatneft was awarded with the diploma and the golden medal in the ‘Energy Saving and Resource Saving Technologies’ nomination.
