The Federal Competence Centre has summed up the results of assessing media coverage of the Labour Productivity national project in Russia’s regions in this June.
The Republic of Tatarstan is among the regions with the highest media coverage.
“Increasing labour productivity is the main reserve for achieving the goal outlined in the Strategy of Tatarstan until 2030. It is high labour productivity that is the main indicator of the competitiveness of our economy,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov.
The Labour Productivity national project was approved by the May 2018 Decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin that aims to create the conditions for continuous growth of productivity in the country. For this, a set of governmental support measures has been developed for businesses, which includes financial incentives, expert assistance in optimising production processes, introduction of online services into the digital ecosystem of an enterprise participating in the national project; formation of an innovator movement with WorldSkills experts and infrastructure.
In June, qualitative and quantitative media figures for the Labour Productivity national project increased markedly due to the active information support of the Productivity 360 Forum. The share of publications mentioning the National Project in the main role was 58% of all mentions of the project in the media.
