In early June, the company has received a positive feedback from the partners from the Republic of Mari El, who have already joined the Labour Productivity national project, and on June 23, in-person selection was held at the Kazan Bakery Plant No.2. The selection was attended by experts from the Regional Competence Centre of Tatarstan, the company’s commercial director, chief technologist, chief engineer, and chief accountant.
The company is rightfully occupying a leading position in the domestic industry of bakery, puff pastry, and confectionery products. The management and employees of the company are a team of like-minded people for whom the main thing is to take constant care of the customer. This is expressed, first of all, in maintaining the quality of the products, using only high-grade and ecologically pure raw materials. Continuous work is carried out on making original recipes, expanding the range of products, and creating exclusive packaging design.
A tour of the enterprise was conducted, during which RCC experts assessed the area of future work. Potentials for growth were identified, which ensures the successful implementation of the project. Most importantly, the employees of the company acknowledge the problems, have a great desire to learn new tools and want to instil a culture of lean manufacturing in all their employees.
