Innoprom 2021 International Industrial Fair to start in Yekaterinburg

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov is on a working visit to the Sverdlovsk Region as part of a Tatarstan delegation headed by President Rustam Minnikhanov. The purpose of the trip is to participate in the Innoprom 2021 International Industrial Fair, which will open today at Yekaterinburg-Expo.

Innoprom is one of the largest international trading floors and one of the main export tools of Russian industrial products. This year, the Fair will be held for the 11th time and last until July 8. Its main topic in 2021 will be Flexible Manufacturing.

Tatarstan will be represented at Innoprom 2021 International Industrial Fair by a united stand, a large delegation of officials and business representatives. Meetings and the signing of a number of documents are planned during the exhibition.

Over 150 events are planned as part of the Innoprom 2021 business programme, which will focus on labour productivity, digital production, educational solutions for industry, technologies for cities, and other topics.

The main strategic session entitled “Flexible Manufacturing: Maximum Adaptation” will be attended by top officials of the Russian government and top managers of major global companies. The session will include the Industria National Industrial Award ceremony.
